l'emplacement idéal

Cons:

La douche avec la paroi cassée. L'ascenseur qui n'a jamais fonctionné alors qu'on était au 3ème étage sauf pour les femmes de ménage. Pas de climatisation ni volets. Peu de prise électrique

Great stay, friedly staff - would reccommend!
Pros:

Super friendly hotel staff, Sam was excellent! Polite, helpful and always ready to assist which made the stay feel comfotable. My husband and I only stayed for one night in the end, and we were helped with anything we needed. The room was great, we were on the basement level so there wasn't a lot of sunlight, but the hotel is close to amenities so it makes it a great stay.

Cons:

It would be great if there was AC within rooms, but we did have a small fan provided.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, personale molto gentile, stanza pulitissima. Al nostro arrivo il condizionatore non funzionava, la manutenzione è arrivata in soli due minuti e ha subito risolto il problema. È la seconda volta che alloggiamo in questo Hotel e sicuramente lo faremo anche la prossima volta che andremo a Londra.

Cons:

Purtroppo l'ascensore era fuori servizio.

Vi hade bokat med läget som fokus. Boendet var dåligt.
Pros:

Läget var toppen! Personal dygnet runt som hjälpte till när det behövdes.

Cons:

Vi hyrde två "likadana" rum. Det ena saknade fönster/möjlighet att vädra. Där fanns dock bord, stolar och sänglampor. Det andra rummet saknade allt detta men hade ett fönster. Och det behövdes! Otroligt varmt och endast mindre fläktar som hotellet ställt in. Det mindre rummet var så trång att sängen knappt fick plats.

Heureusement que ce n’est pas un hôtel pour y passer la journée.
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal ! On est à deux pas de Notting Hill, c’est super sympa pour le faire à pied.

Cons:

La chambre n’est pas du tout entretenu, tout est en mauvais état. On a l’impression que tout ce qu’on va toucher va s’effondrer.

Needs modernisation, no breakfast option, very small room, was a last minute booking and desperate, so was grateful for a room and shower facilities, very over priced for what we got but probably because of high demand with concerts.. clean and comfortable.

Pros:

Kambariai nėra dideli, bet palyginus patogiai įrengti. Gerai, kad per karščius buvo ventiliatoriai kambariuose - kažkiek gelbėjo. Malonus personalas. Labai gera viešbučio vieta. Mums buvo patogios lovos ir gera patalynė. Nors negalėjome pasinaudoti, bet patiko, kad išsiregistravimas iki 12:00.

Cons:

Sudėtingai reguliuojasi vandens temperatūra dušuose: viename iš kambarių niekaip nepavyko padaryti mažiau karštą, nei reikia, o kitame - bėgo labai vėsus. Nors darbuotojas bandė paaiškinti, parodyti kaip reguliuoti, bet tai vis tiek neveikė. Vonios kambariuose turėtų būti arba daugiau pakabų, arba lentynėlė, nes nėra kur pasidėti priemonių.

Pros:

Great location. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Very clean and comfy beds.
We had an issue with the shower, fixed same day. Quiet area.

Cons:

It was very hot weather whilst we were there, no air conditioning but there was a fan which helped.
Showerheads were fixed.
