L'hotel mi è piaciuto tantissimo, situato in pieno centro storico con comodo parcheggio gratuito. Siamo stati accolti da proprietari che parlavano l'italiano, il ristorante è stato ottimo per cenare tutte le sere con cibo gustosissimo del luogo compresa la pizza

Un séjour agréable dans un hôtel bien situé, mais quelques équipements et surtout certains éléments de sécurité méritera
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre de Thônes, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des alentours. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil, la gentillesse du personnel et l’ambiance de l’établissement. Le séjour était agréable et l’hôtel est bien placé pour découvrir la région.

Cons:

Nous avons regretté l’absence de réfrigérateur dans les chambres, surtout avec les fortes chaleurs que nous avons eues. Un réfrigérateur était à disposition pour plusieurs chambres, mais le partager entre environ 6 chambres n’est vraiment pas pratique, notamment pour conserver des boissons ou de la nourriture au frais.
Nous avons également constaté que le canapé installé sur la terrasse était cassé. Cela représente un véritable problème de sécurité, surtout avec un enfant de 5 ans qui aurait facilement pu se faire mal. Ce point devrait vraiment être vérifié et réparé rapidement.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön, gepflegt und sauber. Bad und Toilette sauber geputzt. Und das Frühstück war hervorragend.
Einen Parkplatz zu finden war kein Problem. Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Und das dazugehörige Restaurant „Le Petit Chalet“ bot hervorragende Speisen.
