Nice hotel
Pros:

Stayed here overnight before an early flight out of MSP. The hotel was clean and felt safe and nice. There was a nice park outside where people were walking dogs, playing soccer and enjoying a nice evening. When traveling alone I usually go directly to my room, lock the door and stay in but I felt safe at this place so ventured outside to enjoy a nice night. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent MSP Airport Option
Pros:

Excellent food and beverage options and service. Comfortable rooms and beds. My go-to hotel to be close to MSP Airport.

Hotel was quite nice. A. Hyatt regency. Location is terrific for the area I needed to be in. Staff was kind and attentive.

Nice hotel but bad timing due to music festival across the street.
Pros:

It was a nice hotel in a good location. I had really good service in the breakfast area. The AC works really well, so ask for an extra blanket if you get cold easily.

Cons:

The entire Hyatt parking lot was filled with cars from the nearby (loud) music festival, so hotel guests who had paid to park had no spaces available. Nothing was done to prevent or remedy this (we were just told to wait until it was over at 9 pm to get into the lot). There was also a lot of noise from the festival.

The tv in the room did not work

Cons:

The hotel was full and one of the elevators was not working but was not taken out of service. Therefore causing delays/lines for the elevators

Nice hotel with great location.

I’d stay again but I’d ask for a better room.
Pros:

The staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We were in room 212 and there was loud fan noise from outside our window. Our view was a wall. Also, there was much confusion regarding the shuttle service. Everyone gave us different information.

The only thing sleeping great were the bedbugs.
Pros:

I got bitten by bedbugs on my legs during my stay. I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere. I spoke to customer service and they gave me points as compensation (the equivalent of a free 1 night stay in a standard room). I don’t want the points because I NEVER intend on staying at another Hyatt again.

I also paid for a deluxe room, which isn’t deluxe at ALL. It’s just a wheelchair accessible room! They are short on housekeeping staff so I had to wait nearly an hour after check in to get into my room! Don’t waste your money.
