Very disappointing. Staff forget to send things to the room, overbook rooms, and a manager who makes the very least effort possible to get customers agreeable. I paid WAY too much for an executive suite and basically got a high-priced spot to sleep with no amenities (including no coffee in the room). I will never return.

Paying $45 for parking is ridiculous.
I had to start by saying it was a complete nightmare from the minute I have checked in I booked the room for 3 nights using Priceline
1. upon arrival one of the people at the front desk asked me for a card to leave on file when I booked through Priceline, it automatically paid for three nights. They did not see that charg for some odd reason and charged my card anadditional three nights.
2. They do not do any kind of housekeeping until the third night of you staying with them, which is absolutely mind blowing to me. Even Motel 6, Parking Lotdoes helps keeping daily I have requested for the beds to be fixed garbage to be thrown and to have towels none of that was done
3. I had to take a shower with no towels how to use one of my T-shirts to dry myself
4. When they finally decided to give me and my two friends towels at 11:30 at night they only gave me one body towel one face and they left it on the floor in front of my door. That is the picture that I will be adding to this review. I don’t know about any of you’s but I would not want my towels to be on the floor in the hallway
Maybe one of the worst days I’ve ever seen in my life. Do yourself a favor. Do not stay here unless you want to get double charge have anon-made bed for three days no towels and have garbage piling in your hotel room.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The smell in the lobby (a perfume smell o coconut and other scents) was bad
Fortunately the room was not perfumed or I would not have been able to stay there (allergic to scents)

Emailed twice before telling of late check in 1. 10pm had no one their cleaner had to go and find someone. 2. No food abailable at all
Worst was the absolute madness of trying to use the complimentary shuttle (after emails saying easy system) - absolute no chance to get assistance here 4 different phone numbers ended up with uber.

Near the airport and Mall of America and they have a shuttle for both.
The above mentioned shuttle took an hour to be picked up at the airport.
Close to the airport, easy to access. VERY clean and staff was wonderful.
If I am paying almost $250/night for a room, I do not understand why the parking is not included, and $20 at that! Rooms are too modern. What happened to having a simple dresser, closet, and desk? I would take a more simple room to have parking including. Also, booked a 2-Queen bed room, and the beds are easily full size (we have a queen at home and had SIGNIFICANTLY less space on the beds).

Location close to MSP airport.
$18 to park a car overnight. No fitted sheets. Comforter too warm for hot summer, forces you to remove it or crank the AC. Wastes energy and increases CO2 emissions.
