Disappointing for a Hyatt Regency hotel
Pros:

This hotel is not up to Hyatt Regency standards. My room was clean and comfortable, but the hotel lacked some basics that are standard in similar (and also cheaper) hotels. Rooms are only cleaned once every three days, not even a rudimentary breakfast is included in the hotel rate, and basic business services are lacking (the fax machine was not working, no stamps available for mailing, included internet access is slow.) The front desk staff I dealt with during my three day stay were surly and unhelpful. There a a lot of hotels in the Bloomington/MSP Airport area, and next time I'm here I plan to find an alternative to the Hyatt Regency.

Chic modern hotel with excellent facilities close to Minneapolis St Paul airport
Pros:

A clean and comfortable modern hotel with excellent facilities. The excellent shuttle service provided to MSP

Cons:

Having to get up and leave the hotel at 3:30am to catch a plane to L.A.

Pros:

Nice hotel. Large rooms. Quality fit out. We designed space on ground floor. Needed a spot for a meeting and found the table in the Library that was perfect even when hotel was busy

Cons:

Bit confusing getting shuttle from airport. Not well sign posted at airport and there are multiple Hyatt hotels.

A wonderful, clean, hotel with friendly staff members who do everything they can to fix problems that occur.
Pros:

Our bathroom was very dirty upon arrival and check in. Stain on the countertop and the shower had multiple areas of what appeared to be mold. This is our first bad experience with the cleanliness of this hotel, and we stay here at least 12 nights a year and have for the last 5 years.

My Go-to Choice for MSP airport
Pros:

Convenient to airport and public transport. Clean, classy. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant, but I would prefer complementary breakfast buffet.

Very good place to stay
Pros:

Excellent experience overall
The hotel is close to the airport, it looks quite new and located close to a lake
In the morning I could run in a natural reserve beside the lac
Food was great at the restaurant
Employees were very helpful and kind

Just fell short
Pros:

Not what I would expect from a Regency. This was in line with a House or Place not a Flagship property. My whole life A Hyatt Regency was not a Ritz or Four Seasons, but was a pretty up scale choice. Nothing wrong just fell very short of what I expected

Not my favorite Regency
Pros:

The 8th floor has a broken vent that sounds like a jet engine outside room 851. Microwave area smelled TERRIBLE. The room was good and clean and i appreciated the chromecast option. I was refused clean sheets on request after i had swum in the pool and sweat overnight and wanted fresh ones. The parking is 3rd party PMC and will have 18$ plus tax and fees that you have to figure out yourself. Parking is not added to your stay, you need a mobile phone and a card.

Cons:

The stains in carpet room 531 under the table was disgusting. But the cherry on the cake is my family ended our stay at the hotel with a racist encounter by the shuttle driver. He spoke and welcomed a white family in front of us then as we were next to get on he stopped us, asking rudely where were we going, we said the airport he said which one it’s 3 which is a lie cause u guys only go to one drop off spot at the airport. He gave us the nastiest look and we literally walked pass him to board before he can ask another question. Then as we were leaving my husband told him have a nice day he look and made a frown and turned the other way without saying anything. It was the most awkward embarrassing thing ever.

Close to the airport, convenient.

Cons:

Restaurant was horrible, food was really bad, and when I told them my medium-rare stake was overcooked, the chef said.. this is medium-rare!

More like a Hyatt Place without free coffee
Pros:

Just because this is listed as a Hyatt Regency, don’t expect it to be a full-service hotel. There is no daily housekeeping (you can’t even ask for it even if you’re willing to pay), and even basic items like fresh towels aren’t available - I asked the front desk three times and never received them. Also there’s no room service and a cup of drip coffee in the market is $6 (this isn’t NY). Go next door to the coffee shop for better coffee. The rooms are nice and modern, though, and the price is generally quite cheap for a Regency - just know that you’ll understand why that is once you stay here…

Pros:

As many times before, the place is recommended especially for the room size and for the fact that you can't hear the airplanes, but...

Cons:

This time we got a room where the vent was extremely loud and we couldn't stop the air flow from the thermostat alo, there was a pair of underwater in the bathroom.
