Ubicación top: Insuperable. Estar tan cerca de la Puerta del Sol es una maravilla para recorrer el centro andando. La zona es súper divertida y animada durante el día, pero el hotel logra ser un oasis de tranquilidad para descansar sin ruidos.
Decoración con personalidad: La temática y decoración inspirada en el teatro está cuidada al detalle. Le da un toque único, con mucho estilo y un ambiente muy especial desde que pones un pie en el hall.
Descanso de calidad: Las camas son espectaculares. Tras patear la ciudad todo el día, se agradece muchísimo dormir en un colchón tan cómodo y con almohadas de primera.
Para empezar bien el día: El desayuno es buenísimo, muy variado y con productos de calidad para salir con las pilas cargadas.

Perfect location for the main sights and excellent connections via underground and bus to further afield.
We had a twin room and it was really quite spacious; beds were comfy and you had a pillow menu to choose how firm or soft you wanted it. Bathroom was clean and practical.
We had a little fridge which was a nice touch to keep cold drinks.
Air con in the room wouldn't go lower than 23 so not ideal. Our only comment was the air freshener was really intense.
Staff were polite and helpful and spoke good English.

Room was bigger than we expected, bathroom was clean and had plenty of soap/shampoo etc. Beds were comfy and we loved the pillow menu where you could choose different ones if you wanted.
Bonus little fridge for cold drinks and it had air con which was very much needed as it was super hot when we stayed.
It had a really cute roof terrace too.
My only feedback was the air con wouldn't go lower than 23 degrees. When it's 37 outside 23 is fine but it would have been great being able to make it a little cooler.

O hotel é muito bonito e gostei bastante da minha estadia. Os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom e as senhoras responsáveis por esse serviço também são muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Além disso, o hotel está muito bem localizado, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais agradável.
O único aspeto menos positivo foi o chuveiro do quarto onde fiquei. A água saía para fora da área do duche, o que fazia com que a casa de banho ficasse sempre molhada. Depois de cada banho, tínhamos de limpar a água e, mesmo assim, o chão demorava bastante tempo a secar. Foi o único ponto que considero que poderia ser melhorado.
