Hotel muito bem localizado (perto da Porta do Sol).
Pros:

O Hotel é antigo, mas está muito bem localizado. Os quartos têm uma decoração engraçada (com aspetos relacionados com artes). A casa de banho foi remodelada mas a parte da banheira não está muito prática (a tomar banho a água sai para fora).

Cons:

O pequeno almoço é apenas aceitável (diria que fraco).

If you plan to use the hotel only for sleeping and care about location above all else, 10 / 10.
Pros:

Good location, super nice staff. Very central and easy to get around the city. Tons of nightlife around it.

Cons:

Bathroom had mold and broken walls. The bathroom wall had a section cut out and replaced with drywall compound that could never set given the wet location.

Super zentrales Hotel in Madrid mit einem wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – einfach top! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung! ❤️

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war die Lautstärke, da man teilweise Geräusche aus den umliegenden Zimmern bzw. vom Flur hören konnte. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt wirklich sehr angenehm und das freundliche Personal hat das definitiv wieder ausgeglichen.

L’emplacement était l’idéal.

Cons:

La première nuit, en raison des températures d’environ 38 °C à Madrid, nous avons essayé de mettre en marche la climatisation. Lorsque nous l’avons allumée, une quantité importante de poussière est sortie de l’appareil. Je suis une personne très allergique à la poussière, ce qui a rendu cette situation particulièrement préoccupante et désagréable pour moi. Nous estimons que l’entretien et la propreté du système de climatisation devraient être un élément essentiel dans une chambre d’hôtel.

De plus, lors de la deuxième nuit, nous avons trouvé trois cafards à l’intérieur de la chambre. Cette situation nous a fortement surpris et nous a mis très mal à l’aise, d’autant plus qu’il s’agissait de notre chambre d’hôtel. Nous considérons qu’il s’agit d’un problème sérieux d’hygiène et d’entretien.
