Great location, very comfortable and clean and friendly, helpful staff. A bonus was that breakfast was included.

Cons:

If you are unfortunate to be allocated a room on the street, especially at a lower level it is very noisy. After two nights we had to change rooms for that reason!

Cons:

However, the soundproofing is quite poor — we could clearly hear what was happening in the neighboring rooms as well as in the corridor. Additionally, the bathroom floor is extremely slippery. Unfortunately, my partner slipped and fell, and we even had to seek medical attention. This is something that definitely needs improvement for safety reasons.
