Some staff were really friendly
The spa let others order drinks to have by the pool but not my wife, no explanation.
We were charged for drinks from the minibar. We didn’t even know there was a minibar, let alone used it.
The bar/cafe was confusing (different entrances were open/closed at different times during the two days and the service was very slow.
We left 2 days early. Would not recommend.

Stunning venue, love the interior design, beautiful surroundings, calm, relaxing and well maintained spa facilities plus great history.
Apart from bed being a little bit squeaky, can’t fault it!!
Room 101 is a disaster. Next to elevator, entrance and maintenance room. Couldn’t sleep. Completely unacceptable for this price.
