Pros:

Always clean and great customer service.

Cons:

It would be better for the bathrooms not to be on the same floor as the men's bathroom. Even with a key pad access, it doesn't feel the safest especially in a big city like Tokyo.

最高でした！！！
Pros:

フロントの隣がカフェ兼ロビーになっていて、宿泊者だと24時間いつでも利用できました！また、大浴場があってこれも24時間時間を気にせず利用できたのと、フロントスタッフが必ずいて困った時は親切に対応してくれたのも安心感に繋がりました。出張で21:00にチェックインしてお風呂利用後カフェに立寄りカモミールティーを注文してから就寝。時間を気にせずどのサービスも利用できたことがすごく良かったです！
機内は従来のカプセルホテルよりも広く圧迫感は感じられませんでした。二階建てになっていないので天井が高く、ハンガーラックもありました。ビジネスクラスでもベッド脇に小物が置ける棚？があって使いやすかったです。
テレビのイヤホンはアメニティで使い切りのものにしているのも配慮が行き届いていて素晴らしかったです！
パウダールームのドライヤーがリファでした！
アラームが禁止されている代わりにモーニングコールサービスがあります。

Been coming here since 2018. Very reliable in my favorite neighborhood in all of Tokyo.
Pros:

This latest overnight was part of a 34-day Japan vacation, the kind where I only booked half my lodgings in advance and allowed myself to book last-minute the rest of the time. This was one of the latter, because knew how reliable of a location it would be.
