大浴場の浴室内スマホを持ち込んでいる人がいて不快だった
外国の方だからルールを知らないのかもしれませんが、チェックイン時に絶対伝えて欲しいのと脱衣所にスマホ禁止のポスターを貼って欲しい

Pros:

Everything spotless, very good location, the hostel had everything I needed.

Cons:

I paid the same price for a private airbnb, so it was a bit expensive but still very good and would go there again.

I was very uncomfortable during my stay. I would suggest using a different option for hostels
Pros:

I liked the cafe mixed in with the hotel and appreciated that they had vending machines and well kept areas for showers.

Cons:

The bed was hard as a rock. I was led to believing photos that this was an elevated hostel, but I was mistaken. Bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on in a hostel and I’ve paid a cheaper price for more comfy beds in hostels.

A family experience, one night only.
Pros:

Fantastic location in Akasaka, right next to the metro station. Clean property and an experience as well staying in capsule hotels.

Cons:

Strong Cigarette smell in the entrance and lobby. Beds are very very hard.

惜しい！
Pros:

8年ぶりと、声をかけていただき、懐かしい気持ちになりました。胃の調子が悪く、白湯を用意していただくなど、スタッフの方には、頭が下がります。
ほっとできました。ありがとうございます。

Cons:

エレベーターは、黒でホコリが目立ちやすいです。ドアの隅っこまで拭いてあれば…と、ちょっと残念でした。
