Excellent service
Pros:

Wonderful and very obliging and helpful and very knowledgable and explained everything in great detail. Service of high standard Prakash gave to us. Recommend him for any further promotion. Will inform Helloworld travel agency back in Western Australia of our greeting by all at the hotel.

The best place for a short stay
Pros:

Great hotel, spacious room, the best place for a short stay or stopover in Doha, in the middle of Souq Waqif, next to a metro station.
The only thing, if you arrive there early in the morning with a Qatar Airways stopover, be sure to know where is the check in, as they have several hotels in the area and it can be VERY difficult to find it.

Family trip
Pros:

Good location, service and cleanliness. Check-in and check-out process was very fast. However, Rooms are a bit out dated and TVs are very tiny.

A true Arabian experience, Walk out and your in the heart of the souq.
Pros:

The most perfect location and arabian styled hotel! You walk out and you are in the middle of souq waqif, The night life is just incredible😍This was our second time staying here and we will be back because we just love it! We used the rooftop pool everyday which was perfect! The hotel also has the best service and most lovely, welcoming staff. Special thanks to Dhurba, He helped us to have a smooth and fun trip, A very reliable and friendly staff member 😊😊

Experiencing a bit of Qatar culture
Pros:

The location of my hotel in Al Bidda, within Souq Waqif, was amazing! You are literally right in the heart of Qatar’s vibrant cultural and tourist district.

The area truly comes alive at night, and you’re close to almost everything—restaurants, cafés, the Gold Souq, and many other attractions. What impressed me most was that despite being in the middle of such a lively area, I could still sleep soundly at night because the hotel was well insulated from the noise outside.

Definitely a great place to stay if you want to experience the culture, food, and vibrant atmosphere of Qatar.

A great experience
Pros:

The staff were all very co-operative and arranged an upgraded room for our immediate occupation due to our very early arrival flight. The facilities were excellent though having to travel to another hotel for breakfast etc was a little inconvenient. We would like to make special mention of Durban / Alauddin who escorted us to our room. He was very friendly and efficient and offered as much information about the hotel and the area as possible. We would certainly stay at a Tivoli hotel on our next visit to Doha

I would like to sincerely thank Ansar for the outstanding service he is providing during our stay. From the very first interaction, he made us feel truly welcome with his kindness, respect, and genuine hospitality. He always took the time to listen and assist with a smile, no matter how small the request was.

What really stood out was his calm, attentive, and caring attitude, which made our experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. You can clearly see that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about guests’ satisfaction.

Ansar made a real difference in our stay at the hotel, and we are very grateful for his support. He is a fantastic member of the team, and we wish him all the best. We will definitely remember his kindness and We will surely book in this hotel on our next stay in Doha thanks to the kindness and professionalism of Ansar who made our stay impeccable in 2025 and even more so this time.
