لديهم عدة فنادق في نفس سوق واقف
الفندق اللذي سكنت فيه ممتاز كنظافك وترتيب وهدوء
الغرفه واسعه وتحتوي على سرير وطاوله كوفي وطاولة كتابة

انصح بشده لمن يريد النظافه والراحة والقرب من سوق واقف

good location and professional manager but too many things to be improved
Pros:

The front desk manager was exceptionally kind and professional. Not only did he allow us a late checkout while we waited for our flight, but he also went above and beyond by arranging a taxi to help us resolve a travel hiccup. We couldn't be more grateful for his help!

Cons:

I sent our 5 AM arrival and 3 PM departure times immediately after booking, as securing a late checkout was crucial for our 10-hour Doha layover. Unfortunately, my messages went unanswered. Upon arrival, the morning receptionist was kind, but check-in took a frustratingly long time.

Things worsened when we reached our room: it was not the room type I had booked. The front desk staff simply told me the reserved room was unavailable and offered no solution. The room itself was in poor condition—the curtains were broken, the TV remote didn't work, the shower door wouldn't close, the air conditioner temperature was stuck, and the overall cleanliness was lamentable.

After showing photos and videos of these issues to the front desk manager, he apologized profusely and kindly arranged a free taxi to the airport. While I truly appreciate the manager's professionalism and effort to make things right, the property needs major improvements in communication, maintenance, and housekeeping before I could recommend it.

Pros:

Personnel au top, accueillant, attentionné et tres professionnel. Emplacement au cœur de souq waqif, un quartier magnifique.

地理位置超赞，超赞的，去哪儿都方便，瓦齐夫更是触手可及。
特别感谢 Ansar 小哥，是摆渡车小哥，送我去 taxi 至少，反复提醒我注检查护照手机又没有带。生怕客人疏忽了。一再，反复提醒，不厌其烦的。我发现充电器没了还主动帮我找。最终是找到了。真的，感恩，感谢🙏
