El restaurante tenía opciones básicas y limitadas
I have visited this hotel last year in 2024 and again this most recent visit. I speak Spanish but it is not perfect and the receptionist was speaking very fast to us.
Last year I was not required to pay taxes nor a security deposit because I am a tourist. This year the front desk receptionist told me to change the reservation to my husband’s name because of his status to avoid paying taxes. I told her okay but then she required us to pay a security deposit. I did ask her to repeat herself a few times because I could not understand her Spanish being so fast. We paid the deposit and continued about our day. The next day my mom also made a reservation at the same hotel. Here’s the crazy part they did not require her to pay taxes NOR a security deposit.
When my mom asked them why did the previous receptionist require me to pay but not her. They said it was just preference.
Which to me and my husband is us being profiled and discriminated against. When we checked out there were two receptionist there. One of them asked me if we took anything from the fridge I said no. Then the other receptionist who was the one that profiled us asked me again I said no and she insisted that we took two sodas. I told her we had ordered room service and yes two sodas which we paid for in that moment. She then gave me my deposit back and said nothing else. Very disappointed.
The hotel is good very well ubicated, good food at the restaurant, people are nice and helpful.

The hot water from the shower took long to warm up. Also there was no pump for hair conditioner so I had to get some off the cap on top.

Breakfast was very good-local fruits, yogurts, and plenty to eat. Friendly and helpful staff.

The service/staff were very friendly and helpful.
The pictures didn't match reality, especially the pool. Tiles were missing in the pool. The walls were cracked. The carpet was stained. The door was worn. No smart-tv considering the price. The wall panels in the dining area looked like they were coming off the walls. The balcony railing was rusted, and the AC unit was dripping onto the railing, splashing the window. The balcony door whined when opened. Bar soap is not expected at the price we paid.

Muy buenas instalaciones en remodelación pero con muy buen final, se encuentra cerca de la Plaza Mayor que es digna de conocer, con excelentes restaurantes en sus alrededores, buena atención y buen Bufet de desayuno

Personel at the hotel are great...alway attended and asking if we need any thing special
Nice area, extremely clean and beautiful room! Staff was friendly only issue was the exchange rate was different at the front desk than what the booking was locked into. But it wasn’t an issue for us.
