O atendimento da recepção logo qiando chegamos foi excepcional. Foi possivel antecipar nosso check in e ela foi muito cuidadosa ao nos indicar os melhores lugares pra ir, o que comer e o que fazer na cidade.

Habitacion limpia y cómoda

Cons:

El desayuno un desastre un día en la mitad del tiempo de desayuno ya no quedaba prácticamente nada y el día siguiente también faltaban cosas. La excusa del personal fue que antes había habido un grupo grande pero eso no es excusa debes tener desayuno para todos tus clientes.

No water for shower in the morning.
Cons:

No water at 7am in the morning. I was told to wait for 30 minutes till the outage is over. Then after 1 hour I turned on the tap of the sink, the water coming out was yellowish with dirts, and spayed overall me (yes I’m talking about the sink). And the water temperature never went high enough that you could use for shower.

There’s no elevator to the 2nd floor.

Very nice location, close to the Plaza and Museums,
Pros:

It is a nice hotel in a good location. We walked most of the time. It is close to the Plaza and the hotel has a very special charm. The upright piano in the comfortable gathering room could use tuning, but it is a nice place to sit and relax. The rooms are large, and there is hot water in shower and sink. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Recommendation for a restaurant: Los Portales, second floor with view over the Plaza.

Cons:

It was a great experience, except for the breakfast. The breakfast was ok, but very basic. The bread and rolls could be better. For a Peruvian hotel the coffee was also very basic. Both could be better. Otherwise it was good. Eggs made to order, Strawberry Jam, fruit, cheese, and cereal.

Hôtel assez charmant avec un certain cachet dans les espaces communs (ancien bâtiment, salon et salle du petit déjeuner). Les chambres dans la partie moderne sont fonctionnelles.
Bien placé, à quelques minutes à pied de la grande place et des restaurants. Quartier sur.
