Convenient and comfortable stay in San Diego
Pros:

Convenient location in Little Italy, the included breakfast was good, the room was very comfortable, shower excellent, swimming pool was nice with a great indoor/outdoor arrangement and was safe for kids to use

Cons:

Valet parking was prohibitively expensive, room was not made up for 4 people despite a late arrival with 2 young children, the room was not equipped with enough towels for 4 people throughout the stay, we were charged for something we didn't purchase from the shop

Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel. Top Lage, Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, der Pool ein tolles extra.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider nicht unser Geschmack, sehr amerikanisch. Der Parking war sehr überteuert weswegen wir außerhalb geparkt haben.

Good stay for a short time!
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very good and convenient area, with plenty of restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. It was easy to explore the surrounding area, which made the location one of the best parts of our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cutlery in the kitchen was not properly cleaned. Several pieces were still dirty, so we had to wash everything ourselves before we could use it. We expected the kitchen utensils and cutlery to be thoroughly checked and cleaned before our arrival. More attention to this would have made our stay much more comfortable.

Didn’t expect this! Stay was great!
Pros:

Loved our stay , family of seven we got two suites the rooms were very clean. The staff was amazing and very friendly. Great location next to Little Italy, where we had dinner at a really nice restaurant. My kids enjoyed the pool, and before leaving we had time to play ping-pong. Location was also great for our son who was graduating for the Marines seven minutes away. The breakfast was a full buffet. We were there for the weekend not too sure if it’s served like that weekdays but it was very delicious. Definitely will be staying here again.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything was perfect. The stuff was amazing.

Great location and staff, spacious rooms.
Pros:

Beautiful room on 6th floor facing bay and airport. Pull out sofa very comfy for 2 adults.

Cons:

Some sewage smell on floor for one day, was fixed after. Some breakfast items like small omelet patties could be added or some cheese or better coffee maker.

Pros:

It was clean, the staff was really nice

Cons:

The view of the room was not great, our room was facing the alley, and the pool was 3ft deep. Those two things made it feel like we payed too much for what we got.
