Not worth the money

We were overcharged for our rooms we had booked with booking.com because the hotel charged more once there.
We also did not get the rooms we reserved with King beds . They did not give us our rooms close to each other or on the same floor nor did they give a discount for the inconvenience . They were very busy and when I asked for a discount since they didn’t not have our rooms I was told we could move rooms the next day.
How does one get into their vacation and stay by hopping rooms? We had 4 rooms for an entire family and we were expected to move rooms? If that wasn’t enough we then were Overcharged…
We were told RV parking was available for $65 a night but we were charged $150.00 + 65.00 per night just for parking . We were also overcharged on our rooms we had 4 rooms one of which was charged $130.00 for parking and they didn’t have a vehicle. Parking charges alone were over 775.00 for 3 nights and we had 1 vehicle a small RV .
Our rooms were not cleaned over the 3 days we stayed and we had to ask for toiletries and clean towels . They have a good continental breakfast . Their hallways and elevators are way too warm inside . The pool was not heated and too cold for swimming and the jacuzzi was dirty . The pool area needed attention. The rooms were in good condition but the air conditioner and pipes are too loud to get good sleep along with the outdoor courtyard noise .

Valet only, room is beautiful, worth the money, and keep your key for breakfast.
Pros:

The place was beautiful, I didn’t realize it was valet only(my fault) but that was a little weird for us as I was traveling with 4 children but the place was really nice.

Cons:

In the morning I turned in our room keys before breakfast so we didn’t have to go back up to the room to get our luggage before heading out. I didn’t realize I needed my key to get breakfast and the lady at the door was quite rude about not letting us in for breakfast. I had to go back to the front desk to ask for my keys back all while lugging 4 sleepy kids and a weeks worth of luggage with us. It was an inconvenience but the front desk person was very nice about it.
