The apartments are located at the different addresses, however all within 66 feet (Rue Pierre Aeby 11-13, Ruelle des Maçons 2). Most of them are in Rue Pierre Aeby 11 and 13. -
Payment has to be made on arrival and an ID card or Passport has to be shown.
The property has only 2 private parking spaces. 24-hour public parking tickets valid all over Friborg can be bought at the reception. Please inform the property before arrival in case you need such a ticket. You can use the special requests box during booking or contact the property. Paid public parking is also available in the spaces marked white in Rue Pierre Aeby or Rue de Morat or Place-Noter-Dame. Tickets issued by the parking yards there are valid for a maximum of 2 hours.
Any special requests will be met depending on availability and may lead to additional costs. - Prostitution, alcohol and drug abuse are strictly forbidden. In case of violation of this rule, the booking will be canceled and no refund will be made.
Usage of kitchenette is optional for 30 CHF per stay

Appartamento delizioso e ben attrezzato. Pulito e in una bella posizione. Molto carino avere Netflix disponibile! Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile per dare tutte le informazioni.
Solo un po’ faticoso raggiungere il piano con le valigie senza ascensore. Un po’ caldo senza il condizionatore, ma il ventilatore ha aiutato.
L'appartement est très agréable, propre et confortable. Le coin cuisine est bien équipé, nous avons fait la cuisine et passé une agréable soirée sur place. Très bien situé à proximité du centre historique.
Cet hôtel apparaît dans la liste quand on sélectionne le critère "avec parking". Ce n'est pas vrai, il n'y a aucun parking privé.
Propre, bonne literie, bonne situation au coeur de fribourg. Et un excellent rapport qualité prix, vu qu’il n’y a pas personnel de réception, ce qui n’est pas forcément un probleme pour nous.
Le système de réception, sans personnel, sera certainement un problème pour des personnes âgées ou n’ayant pas l’habitude.
It was in the center of town.
No elevator or person to help us carry luggage to the 4th floor for seniors. They should not assign seniors on the 3rd or 4th floor. It was a hot day and no air conditioning!

L’ameublement de la chambre est laid. La chambre est sombre. L’accueil est totalement anonyme. Personne ne m’a demandé comment s’était passé mon séjour.

Tohle ubytování se nám vůbec nelíbilo. Malý pokoj, čistota nic moc (viz žvýkačka nalepená na nočním stolku), toaleta malá, spousta překážek...
The room was very spaciousness and well equipped with nice, comfortable, and clean furniture. The staff responded very quickly and the check in was smooth

Rooms were comfy and clean. Good location with a nice restaurant 2 minutes walk away. The building is old but the rooms are modern.
The lift was scary. We only went in it once but did send the suitcases up and down in it.
