Top Lage, Super Service!
Pros:

Tolle Lage in Palau, das Personal und der Service waren wahnsinnig freundlich und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war groß mit Balkon und großem Bad - und sehr sauber.
Der nette Herr an der Rezeption war so hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend - ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Das Bett war etwas hart, das hat mir aber nichts ausgemacht.

Las facilidades y buena comunicación con el personal del hotel, y tanto por email como con el personal del hotel.
Desde el primer momento me ayudaron en todo, tuvieron el detalle de guardar mi mochila antes del chek in y al no estar yo llevarla a mi habitación.
Facilitandome tbe el llegar más tarde dejando la llave en el buzón y todo muy bien explicado. Muchas gracias, habéis echo mi visita a Palau más fácil.
Además al irme bien temprano no pude pagar la tasa hostelera y ellos muy amables me enviaron un email informando que no había ningún problema en no pagarla. Así q otro detalle.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit toller Lage und herzlichem Service
Pros:

Ich hatte einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Balau City Hotel. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Manager Adele – unglaublich zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und einfach sehr nett. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens betreut.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls super. Viele schöne Strände sind schnell erreichbar – mit dem Auto natürlich besonders bequem, aber auch für Reisende, die mit dem Bus unterwegs sind, ist die Unterkunft perfekt gelegen.

Außerdem stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut. Für das, was man bekommt, ist der Preis wirklich top. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

L'assenza di un recapito telefonico a cui telefonare sempre. Il bagno troppo piccolo (a parer mio una persona in forte sovrappeso non sarebbe riuscita ad utilizzarlo nella totalità) ed il televisore che era lì per bellezza perché i canali non si vedevano

Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour un emplacement de premier choix

Très bon emplacement pour aller visiter les environs. Personnel réactif, professionnel et aimable. Chambre refaite dernièrement. Petit déjeuner avec du choix. Très bien. Parking gratuit en face. Si je repasse par là j'y reviendrai avec plaisir

Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Le monsieur à l'accueil parle français.
L'hôtel est très propre, très bien situé, centre ville à 1/4 d'heure à pied, petit déjeuner parfait, parking public en face de l'hôtel.

Pros:

Sono stata spostata al Grand Hotel Palau che ha una bella vista dall'entrata sul tratto di mare che divide Palau da La Maddalena

Sono stata spostata al Grand hotel Palau,posizione scomoda,pochi parcheggi liberi davanti altrimenti si deve lasciare la macchina all'inizio della ripida salita da fare per arrivarci o pagare 8€ per quello giornaliero loro..stanza carina internamente ma da persona diversamente abile e piena di zanzare,con nessuna vista in quanto interrata,lampade affianco al letto non utilizzabili,asciugamani sottilissimi,carta igienica tipo treno anni 70/80...pessima esperienza
