OK for a short stay in the heart of the city
Pros:

I only stayed here for one night but it was fine. Cheaper than the Ukraine hotel on the other side of the square, but more basic and a bit old fashioned. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. No views from my room.

Гарний варіант для зупинки у справах, центр міста, зручна розв'язка, сніданок, привітність персоналу

Cons:

Понравилось только месторасположение, центр Киева

Cons:

Не понравилось все, начиная от персонала на ресепшене, заканчивая завтраками.
Женщина на ресепшене была груба и в грубой форме отказала в заселении раньше на 2 часа, аргументируя этот тем, что за ранний заезд нужно платить 50 % дополнительно. Хорошо. Но у Вас и так отель пустой на 80 %, а Вы еще так радушны к посетителям. Единственное, что Вас спасало, это отличные щедрые украинские завтраки, а сейчас порционная тарелка как из советской столовой. Рыба гниет с головы, подумайте над этим. Конечно в этот отель больше не вернусь, и буду рассказывать знакомым об этом. Пс, засиликонить в ванной швы от плесени это тоже не дорого, ведь если это эконом номер, элементарные правила чистоты и гигиены должны быть соблюдены, не так ли ?

Pros:

1. Найзручніше розташування у Києві.
2. Смачні сніданки. Великий вибір страв.
3. Інтер'єр.
4. Нормальний фєн навіть в економ номерах.

Cons:

1. При заселенні довелося заплатити на 15% більше ніж ціна у бронюванні. Сказали що при бронюванні виник збій, що такої ціни взагалі не існує і вона не поводиться по касі. Це в мене вперше з Букінгом таке.

2. Повз готель проходять одразу декілька жвавих вулиць, поруч Хрещатик. Трохи заважає шум від автівок та тролейбусів, особливо вранці. Коли вікна та двері справні все добре. Але в номері 517 не зачиняються полотно двері на балкон, треба відремонтувати, бо шум таки заважає.

3. Кран у 517 зроблено так, щоб ним користуватися і на умивальником і над ванною. Вийшло таке собі. Там він занадто довгий, а там за короткий. В попередньому номері було все добре.
