Pros:

Well appointed room. Clean, comfortable. Good value.

Cons:

Tub had some sticky silicone on the floor of it. Had to get a mat to cover it, but staff was willing to do so.
Breakfast was emptied out by 9:30 & no coffee cups.

The Nova Inn was affordable and suitable for our short stay.
Pros:

It was affordable and clean. Good selection for the continental breakfast. Convenient location close to restaurants and groceries if needed.

Cons:

If I have to say anything negative, the elevator carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned.
