Cons:

Ich hatte zuerst ein Zimmer, in dem man die Nachbarn laut reden hörte. Daraufhin habe ich nachgefragt einem ruhigeren Zimmer gefragt. Bekommen habe ich ein Zimmer in dem man den Aufzug laut hören konnte. Für über 100 Euro die Nacht ist das schon ärgerlich.
Nach unserer Beschwerde am nächsten Morgen gab es nur eine knappe Entschuldigung

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung

Cons:

Der Föhn im Zimmer war vollkommen eingestaubt und unsauber.
Das Frühstück hat sehr nachgelassen, unangenehm laute Musik im Frühstücksraum

Ihr müsst wieder besser werden. Das war okay aber nicht wie gewohnt.
Pros:

War sehr oft dort. Zentral, hell modern, unwirklich angenehm.

Cons:

Der Service vom fünften Stock hat erneut deutlich nachgelassen. Natürlich ist viel los. Manchmal, aber das Personal ist insgesamt nicht professionell genug und zum erneuten Male musste ich so lange auf ein Getränk warten, dass ich die Lokation verlassen habe.

Pros:

Gute Lage, schöne Zimmer, Kühlschrank mit Getränken. Betten sind bequem.
Kosmetikspiegel vorhanden.

Cons:

Im Badezimmernereich kaum Ablagemöglichkeiteb für Kosmetik. Keine Steckdose für elektrische Zahnbürsten.
