Ridiculously over-priced for poor service and unavailable rooms.

Rooma nd breakfast were meh but OK

Cons:

Rude check-in staff; our VERY EXPENSIVE pre-paid room wasn't available for several hours after the promised check-in time. NO APOLOGY and very slow and dispassionate approach. On top of that, there was an unmarked out of order elevator that rode us up and down but wouldn't stop on the ground floor (the desk clerk acknowledged that the property knew about the problem (so put up a sign)

Comfy and clean
Pros:

The entire stay was very comfortable. It is close to the expressway, so great for stopping when doing a long drive for a night, and the room was very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was also good! We had a great stay and would stop at this hotel again.

Bed in room 216......One bed is fine, the second bed was too close to the wall....I am a smaller guy, but had to climb over my wifeto exit the bed......lucky I can still do this......

I plan on staying here again the next time I am in Madison.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Like the location. Room was well lit. Have been here 3 times and have been happy with everything every time.

Cons:

Wish the couch in our suite could have been more comfortable. Like sitting in a bucket.
