El spa y La atención de los empleados de recepción.
Que el comedor sea chico, no teníamos lugar para poder almorzar, había que hacer reserva o esperar a que se desocupe.
Los empleados muy amables, check in simple y rapido y lo mismo el check out. Buen desayuno y ambas piscinas impecables
Era nuestra noche de bodas y lo puse en la reserva. No habia ni una tarjetita de felicitaciones en la habitación. Algo asi hubiera marcado una diferencia
En la habitación hay una cafetera pero te cobran las cápsulas. Estos pequeños detalles hacen que no esté a la altura de hoteles del exterior.

No pudimos controlar el aire acondicionado en la habitación. Hablamos en recepción y lo manejaban desde allí. Pedimos que lo apagaran.
No nos molestó tanto en esta época del año ya que abrimos la ventana, el aire que entraba era muy agradable y aireaba la habitación.

Incredibly responsive staff, especially Juan - helped us with so many things - a late checkout, airport car service and even provided a welcome gift for several occasions we were celebrating. Sebastian helped with food rec's upon arrival as well. Thank you!
