Staff were cold and unfriendly. Overall experience in the hotel was cold and uninviting.
No food available in the hotel when we arrived, having travelled 5 hours on a bus to get there. Had to leave the hotel in the rain to find food.
I have never stayed in a hotel that you have to pay for your coffee in your room. Not good business.

We had travelled 5 hours on a bus and were very hungry on arrival - no food available in the hotel. We had to leave to find food locally in the lashing rain.
I have never been in a hotel where you have to pay for your coffee in your room. Seriously bad business to do this and not tell you and it was a rip off

Durante mi estadia de dos días hicieron una prueba del generador y dejo de funcionar el aire acondicionado y el Internet. No tuve wifi en la habitación y había ido por trabajo. Pese a dejar el auto en la explanada del hotel que se puede dejar sin costo, me obligaron a dejar las llaves del auto diciendo que solo lo moverían en caso de una emergencia y pese a estar la explanada vacía y ninguna emergencia en cuanto deje las llaves se llevaron el auto a la cochera sin avisar
