my girls had the best time at the concert and it was close by the venue.

Great stay Alittle disappointing end
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect very close by to transportation links. The staff in the hotel was super friendly. I’m very very helpful with any request.
The room was cleaned every day to a high standard and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The only issue that we have had is they have removed two lots of money from our account as a hold one amount has been returned the other has not.
I’ve contacted the hotel as we were under the impression the hold was only $100 and I’m still waiting for a response. I find this very unprofessional as we left the hotel room as we found it would love a response.

Great stay and excellent location close to the Barclay!
Pros:

We just stayed here for 1 night to attend the WNBA at the Barclay. The front desk was very friendly upon check in and she was very helpful with directions to Barclay since we had not been there before. It is only a couple minute walk! So the location of this hotel was excellent for that. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable (had the best nights sleep). We had a great stay!

Only the washroom

Cons:

The room is so cozy, the Air conditioner wasn't working for the 1st night which i had to complain with no air, the fridge leaking, no ice, and the fridge is not that cold , no bottle water in the room, the room has 2 large ropes and also the TV says smart tv which is not.
To crown it all, the breakfast is so expensive. 1 tea bag is $4, which is ridiculous. I need my refund back.
Not satisfied at all.

situation de l hotel . proche du metro NEVINS STREET pour se rendre directement à Manhattan. Prix correct avec toutes les facilités . facilité pour rejoindre aéroport JFK tres rapidement . ( 45 minutes en taxi en passant par autoroute ). salle de gym tres grande au sous sol . magasins important tres proches ( TRADER JOE , BURLINGTON à DEKALB , APPLE STOORE ; magasin alimentation WHOLE FOOD et STOP AND SHOP

Gem in Brooklyn
Pros:

This is a great hotel. The hotel was clean and efficiently run. The staff were courteous and helpful. The manager Alicia was terrific. When we had a problem with our room she immediately offered us another one and even delivered the new room keys herself. Wonderful service. The hotel is conveniently located in Brooklyn close to Metro stations and the Barclays Center. I highly recommend.

Inappropriate staff hotel takes no accountability
Pros:

I along with my family had a horrible stay at this hotel due to staff being inappropriate. I wrote a review about our trip to ny and our short stay here where Christopher sexually harassed my sister and then disrespected her. Rather then receive any kind of apology from the company the review keeps getting taken down and that’s fine I will be contacting corporate.
