Pros:

Fstaff was super friendly and moved us to a more comfortable room.

Cons:

No fan in the bathroom . Would help with privacy etc

Pros:

The rooms were clean, hotel in a nice are. There was easy access to shopping and restaurants near by.

Like how close it was to everything. Also loved not having to bring my own shampoo/body wash, because the one in the room was perfect.

Cons:

Didn’t like the extra charges. Having to pay extra just to park my vehicle at the parking lot of the hotel I’m already paying to stay at, makes no sense. Also we picked this hotel cause of the pool and while swimming hotel staff kicked us out.

Clarifying the difference between the hotels would eliminate a lot of confusion and inconvenience.
Cons:

I made a reservation at this property while my friends were registered at the Holiday Inn express a few miles away. Very easy to do and very confusing. I asked for a refund and I was denied. I didn’t stay at your hotel. Some accommodation would have been very much appreciated.

Other than the first 2 nights everything was great.

I have never been to Holiday Inn where the breakfast was an additional $16 charge per person. The lady working the breakfast was horrible and rude. I won’t stay at this location again.
