Other than the first 2 nights everything was great.

Cons:

The first 2 nights the people in the room above us were running and jumping and scared the crap out of us, we both jumped.

I have never been to Holiday Inn where the breakfast was an additional $16 charge per person. The lady working the breakfast was horrible and rude. I won’t stay at this location again.

Worth the stay
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the whole place had a calm vibe. Loved the pool and hot tub

Pros:

Chambres très confortables et très bien équipées, hôtel bien conçu et situé au calme

Cons:

Service de réception pas toujours très efficace. Aucune réponse à mes messages pour connaître la possibilité d'avoir une chambre avant 15h, enregistrement un peu compliqué.

Pros:

Gracie at the front desk was great!!!! The location, how clean it was and the property layout

Cons:

That when checking out I was told I had charges for good and drinks billed to my room. When I never went to the bar the whole time I was there. That was frustrating to know someone can bill charges to a room and there no check and balances.

Also that I had to deal with loud noise from kids that were next door the whole time I was there from the room to the hallway. We weren’t able to switch room due to them being at full capacity so that was frustrating but outside of that no complaints

The hotel is beautiful when you walk in and the room was great.

Cons:

The hot tub was dirty murky. The bathroom door in our room did not provide much privacy. It is a rolling farm style door (looks cool) but you can see through the frosted glass and you can hear everything so using the bathroom was uncomfortable.
