Cons:

The 1st room we were given had a bullet hole that had gone thru the window. We were moved to another room but felt uneasy. On our last day someone entered our room without acknowledging if it was housekeeping. It was an ok space but I don't know if I would stay there again

What totally sucked was that room service didn't come and refresh the room while we were out all day

Breakfast was 3 on a scale of 5. Adequate.

Cons:

I went to breakfast around 9 and it ends at 9:30 so maybe it wasn't great because I came later in the time period. Food wasn't that warm , but attendant was working to keep things replenished. It's not as fresh as restaurant and it's like heat and serve, so it can only be so good. Like I said, attendant was there and constantly working. It's heat and serve, not restaurant prepared and it is what it is. The worst thing about the stay, and inexcusable, was that room service didn't refresh the room. Had to go to front desk and request clean towels. On day we arrived the room had an empty tissue box, wtf?

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

Very comfortable, clean and beautifully updated. The staff member who checked us in was super nice. Since we’re on the more senior side of life🥴he gave us a bigger (handicap) room, which was great. Breakfast was terrific!

Cons:

Can’t think of a thing!
