Pros:

朝食がビュッフェ式ではなく、食べたいものを注文する形式でした。最初、メニューを全て読むのが面倒な気持ちになりましたが、出された食べ物がみんなおいしかったので、この方式も悪くないと思いました。ただし、英語を読み慣れていない人にとっては良いシステムではないです。
シャワーの勢いが強くてよかったです。

Cons:

部屋の形が四角ではなく、通るのが狭い場所があったので、鏡にぶつかりそうで気を使いました。

Pros:

Great location, very kind and helpful staff. Nice rooftop bar.
We were celebrating my moms birthday and I asked for the suprise birthday package for her, so they prepared the room with bday decoration and a bottle of cava and a cake. It was really nice.

Lovely central location and helpful staff but rooms are overpriced and not great.
Pros:

The staff are amazing - friendly and helpful - the location is excellent. Very nice breakfast. Rooftop bar is also very nice

Cons:

The rooms are not great. We booked 2 junior suites and both were dark, badly laid out and badly furnished.
