Cons:

Quando fui reservar o quarto no aplicativo, havia a opção de três camas de solteiro; quando cheguei ao hotel, havia somente duas. Falei com o recepcionista, e ele nem fez questão de me auxiliar.

Outro ponto negativo barrando a entrada do meu amigo.

Atendente ruim mal instruído. Coberta e travesseiro fedidas. Sem papel higiênico e sabonetinho que normalmente todos hotéis disponibiliza. Presença de barata e ácaros. Ar condicionado desliga no meio da noite e fica alguns minutos tentando ligar novamente porém tem tipo o bloqueador no ar. Pior experiência que já tive.
