Never be back and if it weren’t for the hotel next door we’d have had to book another hotel

The location is terrible the staff are rude and do t care for self catering we had no kitchen appliances or equipment to cook and had to ask for the basics we were celebrating a birthday and our recent marriage and they were emailed in advance and we’d had know acknowledgment from the request asking if it be possible to arrange something nice and when mentioned at check-in the just dismissed me I was embarrassed and disappointed from the start , the hotel had no facilities and the pool is dirty and the noise all through the night is terrible
