Very nice indeed
Pros:

Great place. Staff was great and the location is perfect for Sanur.
Pros:

Excellent place. Pool, people, room. Tucked all the boxes and a great location. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach.

Cons:

For some reason you will get hand towels in your room or face cloths - but never both. It was funny though.

Good breakfast, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Lunch options are OK but expensive.

Cons:

The air-conditioning was quite noisy and had a humid smell.
Staff is overattentive; for example, we didn't even finish the first bite of our meal and were already asked if it tastes good. Also, if you take the order via an ipad, repeat every item for confirmation and then still forget 1 out of 4 things, it's just not a good look and makes interactions feel less genuine.

OTTIMA POSIZIONE
Pros:

La posizione è ottima per raggiungere molti punti interessanti di Bali. Ottimo standard di pulizia e colazione di buon livello.
Piscina nel roof top piacevole. Personale molto cordiale in puro stile Balinese.

Cons:

E’ capitato un episodio spiacevole al nostro rientro in stanza era scomparsa una busta piena dí medicinali portati dall ‘ Italia . Dopo circa un ora ce l hanno restituita dicendo che era stato un errore. Ci abbiamo voluto credere.

Friendly staff,great breakfast and a Fantastic Spa
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. The breakfast was good..Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.
We also tried the spa and the Balinese massage, which was one of the highlights of our stay. My therapist, Dea, was excellent—professional, skilled, and very attentive. The massage was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep, and she gently woke me when the session was finished. It was a truly wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying here. It is definitely a must-try.

Cons:

The breakfast was enjoyable and offered a good selection. One area for improvement would be to include more vegetarian options, such as chia puddings, plant-based dishes, and other healthy breakfast choices. This would provide greater variety and make the breakfast experience even better for vegetarian guests like myself. Overall, however, the quality of the breakfast was very good.

Great hotel, highly reccomend
Pros:

Lovely hotel, room very spacious and modern, amazing staff, really nice breakfast, plenty of options, beautiful roof top for evening drink, and a short walk to the beach front with a walkway full of restaurants/bars/bike hire

Cons:

No space around the pool, but we just went to the beach was no problem
