Sad, unhappy, disappointed.
Pros:

The rooms were clean except I found a black bra on the side of the desk. No water in pool even though it says that it opens on May 1st on the website. Glass partitions are a hazard.

Pros:

It’s customer service!!
They moved me to a new room quickly when I found my room flooded since the room above me left the tub on!!

Cons:

Maybe the lobby bar could stay open a bit longer.

Great Location
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located and close to most tourist attractions. The hotel looks great, and the rooms are great. Highly recommended

2 nights for dance competition and convention
Pros:

The hotel and the room were clean and had a good layout. We all thought that the bathroom was spacious and made staying there as a family of four with four toiletry bags, very easy. Great parking and great conference space.

There are better options for a lower price
Pros:

The room was nice, although there was dirty socks from a previous stay in there, and you could tell that the bathroom mirror was still dirty because somebody had wrote dirty on it

Cons:

I thought the cleanliness overall could’ve used some work and we were there for a Dance convention, and there was a particular staff member who just was really nasty. She came out through some of the kids‘s meals away and said oh I can’t have trash laying around while it was full of sandwiches and bags of chips and she attempted to throw away other kiddos food but I intervened so I was able to save that food, but it was just a nasty interaction like there was not enough places for these kids to sit down we all paid to be there and I just thought it was really rude of this woman to throw all of their food away and just have a nasty attitude about it in general.

Outstanding Stay !!
Pros:

I would like to start by thanking the Hyatt management and staff for such a wonderful stay while I was there attending a leadership conference. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the entire team truly cares about both their guests and the hotel.

Great leadership clearly sets the tone, and it shows in every employee you encounter. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.

The views from the 10th floor are absolutely breathtaking, and I loved everything about this hotel. Thank you to the entire Hyatt team for making my stay such a memorable experience. Highly recommend! 👏🏨✨
