A bathroom is outdated, every metals are in corrosion, bad smell. Aircon was noisy, bed's linen was wet. Door didn't close well.

Pros:

Nous avons passé 7 nuits dans ce logement et tout était parfait! Les chambres étaient très propres avec un ménage fait tous les jours. Le personnel était au petit soin et vraiment adorable! Il y a tout sur place, restaurant, location de scooter, tickets pour le bateau, excursion et aussi une laverie à 30m.. je recommande à 100% :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always willing to assist whenever I needed anything. I also really enjoyed the view from the terrace — it was one of the highlights of the property.

Cons:

The property is a bit older, and some areas could benefit from better maintenance. My room did not have a kettle, and a few basic amenities were missing, such as tissues (the tissue box was empty) and some bathroom essentials. These weren't major issues, especially considering the price, but they would make the stay more comfortable.

There is also a volleyball court nearby, so some noise from games can occasionally be heard in the evenings. It wasn't a major issue for me, but it may be worth noting for guests who are sensitive to noise.

Highly recommend! The staff here are amazing and go above and beyond!

Rooms cleaned everyday. Pool was lovely and food at the restaurant was very good!

Nothing! We had an issue with our door and air con but that was sorted very quickly by the lovely team here!

Mi experiencia en este alojamiento fue muy decepcionante.

Antes de salir a una excursión de snorkel, dejamos nuestro dinero en la habitación. Yo guardé mi efectivo dentro de mi bolso, que quedó dentro de un cajón. Al regresar por la tarde, conté el dinero y descubrí que faltaba una parte.

Inmediatamente informé la situación al personal de manera respetuosa y tranquila, esperando que el hotel investigara lo sucedido o, al menos, mostrara interés por aclarar el incidente. Sin embargo, la respuesta que recibimos fue muy poco profesional.

Esa misma noche hablamos con el gerente, quien nos dijo que confiaba plenamente en sus empleados y que “el karma” se encargaría de la situación. Lo más sorprendente fue que también insinuó que posiblemente nos ocurriría algo malo durante nuestro vuelo de regreso. En lugar de escuchar nuestras preocupaciones, investigar los hechos o intentar encontrar una solución, recibimos comentarios que nos parecieron inapropiados e incluso intimidantes.

Entiendo que un hotel no puede resolver todos los problemas de inmediato, pero sí espero que tome en serio las preocupaciones de sus huéspedes. Lo que más me molestó no fue únicamente la desaparición del dinero, sino la falta de empatía, profesionalismo y voluntad para abordar una situación tan delicada.

Lamentablemente, después de esta experiencia, no puedo recomendar este alojamiento.
