The hotel staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also very convenient and made it easy to get around the city.

Cons:

The minibar and refrigerator were completely empty. In most hotels, guests expect to find a selection of snacks, soft drinks, juices, and bottled water in the room, along with a price list. Having these items available would improve the overall guest experience.
