Tq for the staff, very polite and welcoming. But the water pressure make me arghhhhh

Cons:

The water is tooooo slow, no iron but we can ask for it, just a little soap instead of shower foam, air-conditioning sometimes a bit hot

Pros:

Que estaba cerca de la embajada e iba por unos tramites.

Cons:

El hotel es feo, esta delante de un canal que es una alcantarilla gigante, con malos olores.
La piscina es muy pequeña y todo esta muy viejo y antiguo.
Le falta mantenimiento.

Très bon séjour manque un peu de rénovation pour être au top

L’établissement étais plutôt bien situer et le personnel au top !

Cons:

La Clim fuyais dans la chambre quelques goute mais bon pas fou et un peu de moisissures partout le reste étais propre

I had an excellent experience at 1O1 Urban Jakarta Thamrin. The hotel offers a strategic location, impeccably clean and well-appointed rooms, and outstanding service from Ms Shelfy and the staff. Their professionalism and attentiveness made my stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers
