*Excellent Hotel in Prime Jakarta Location*
Pros:

I had an excellent experience at 1O1 Urban Jakarta Thamrin. The hotel offers a strategic location, impeccably clean and well-appointed rooms, and outstanding service from Ms Shelfy and the staff. Their professionalism and attentiveness made my stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers

Bad experience.
Pros:

Only the staff who were warm and friendly.

Cons:

The rooms aren’t clean at all. I tried both the old and the new building. The sheets aren’t clean. The towels worn out. And the toilets are smelly.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut, und zum schlafen reicht es aus.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer in einem schlechten und ungepflegten Zustand. Das Eisfach des Kühlschranks war aufgrund starker Eisbildung nicht nutzbar. Zudem war der Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr gering, sodass der Duschkopf nur mit Mühe verwendet werden konnte. Insgesamt entsprach der Zustand des Zimmers nicht unseren Erwartungen.
