It was good
Pros:

1. The staff, especially the receptionists, were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They also spoke English well.
2. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Bridge of Peace, the sulfur baths, and many other landmarks and restaurants.
The room was clean.
3. The air conditioner worked very well, which was especially important in the summer. I've stayed in some hotels with poor air conditioning, so I really appreciated it.
4. The room included tea, two 0.5-liter bottles of water, and other complimentary amenities. There was also a minibar (paid, of course).
5. The hotel also had a nice, cozy restaurant.

Cons:

1. Just the room was a bit small.
2. There was a small garderobe.
3. There was one chair for 2 people
4. There were less clothes holders

Pros:

1. Расположение - в самом центре, близко ко всем достопримечательностям. Мейдан Базар, Парк Рике, канатка, всё в 5-7 минутах. За всю неделю не было необходимости в метро.
2. Отель небольшой, 2 этажа, но в нём есть лифт, большой плюс.
3. Дружелюбный и улыбчивый персонал, говорят как на русском, так и на английском.
4. Хорошая настраиваемая система кондиционирования, хорошая ежедневная уборка.
5. Удобная мебель, кресла, вместительный шкаф, довольно милый столик.

Cons:

1. Думаю для 4х звездочного отеля немного не дотягивает по современности комнат (допустим комната закрывается на обычный ключ, вставляемый в замочную скважину)
2. Также для 4х звезд, не особо разнообразное меню на завтрак. Т.к я мало ем на завтрак, для меня это не принципиально, но для едоков с утра может быть проблемкой.
3. Есть неприятный запах сырости в ванной комнате и довольно сильный напор воды из душа.

Great place to stay in Old Tbilisi
Pros:

Great and surprisingly quiet location in old town. Lot of attractions and food options around in just a walk distance.

Special thanks to reception staff for being helpful, friendly and patient with our big family group :)

Pros:

מיקום מעולה, קרוב לבית חב״ד ולמסעדות הכשרות. קרוב לכיכר החרות. הצוות היה אדיב וקשוב לכל בקשה.

Cons:

המלון מיושן, המזגן לא מקרר היה צורך להביא מאוורר, בחדר בקומת הכניסה לא ניתן לפתוח חלון כי זה נמצא על הרחוב וממול יש קיר גבוה של מבנה ולא ניכנס אוויר ואור לחדר. ביקשנו להחליף חדר והם טענו שאין אפשרות להחליף. המים בשירותים לא הפסיקו לרדת, ריח של ביוב וסתימה במקלחון המים ירדו לאט מאוד.
