C’était parfait, un hôtel qui ressemble à un chalet.

Good location & great breakfast. Very nice staff at the reception and for the breakfast service.
Old fashioned - still need to hand over the room key every time you leave the hotel, furnitures are old. The hotel director is borderline rude and way too familiar with some of the staff members even if they are related, it doesn’t look professional. Also the restaurant and bar were closed which isn’t really acceptable for a 4* hotel at that price.
Location - room size - quality of food
Staff need to all be trained in hospitality and the concept that the customer should be listened to and not argued with ... perhaps saying hello when you arrive at the restaurant would be a good start!

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 4 nights and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The staff were excellent run by Muriel the general manager, her son Tom, and ably assisted by Camilla. In the restaurant we met a lovely server Mary who was very accommodating and helful. They also offer a free shuttle service to Medran to catch the lifts to the slopes. The driver Roman was a lovely man and excellent at his job.
All in all a most superb hotel, well-run and I could not recommend it more highly.
