Archer Hotel Austin

Location and staff were great. Brunch was outstanding (had breakfast hash). Great coffee too.

We recently stayed at the Archer Hotel in Austin while hosting a multi-day executive onsite, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the location in The Domain couldn't have been more convenient. Having so many restaurants and shops within walking distance made it easy for our attendees to grab dinner or explore after meetings.

The staff was one of the biggest highlights. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with any questions or requests. Coordinating travel for a large group can be challenging, but the Archer team made the process seamless and helped ensure our attendees had a great experience.

I would absolutely recommend the Archer for both business travel and personal stays, and we look forward to staying here again for future events.

The hotel is very neat, excellent location.

Hotel personnel starting from the Valet is very eager to do their best. Loved the hotel, amenities and its staff.

The room was very spacious, with 2 King beds.

We were in town for a wedding and had a spectacular stay at The Archer. It's located in The Domaine and has great restaurants and shopping very close by. The hotel has upscale cowboy vibes with lots of leather, limestone, and pretty chandeliers. Our room had a comfortable king-sized 4 poster bed, a huge freestanding tub and separate shower, sitting area, desk, refrigerated drawer, coffee maker, and a nice balcony complete with fireplace. There's also a rooftop pool. They provided several nice touches in the room with complimentary Fiji bottled water, local caramels, robes, slippers, scented bath salts, and even a cute rubber duck in cowboy attire. Service and housekeeping were very good. There's a nice lobby bar that serves late night bites and breakfast. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but you can park in the Nordstrom parking lot next door for free; valet service is also available. The bathroom has a bright automatic nightlight, so if you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring a sleep mask; frosted doors surround the bath area. Overall we had a wonderful stay at The Archer and would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Austin.

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would.

I have never been treated so poorly by a hotel in my life. What was supposed to be a special trip celebrating my 37th birthday turned into one of the most humiliating experiences I’ve ever had.

My husband and I booked a suite expecting a relaxing evening. Instead, we were treated with complete disrespect and ultimately removed from the hotel in the middle of the night over a TV noise complaint, without any reasonable attempt to resolve the situation first. The way we were spoken to and handled was shocking and completely lacking in hospitality.

I left feeling embarrassed, upset, and genuinely disappointed. This is not how paying guests should be treated, especially during a special occasion.

Customer service is supposed to solve problems, not create them. Based on my experience, I would never stay here again and I would never recommend this hotel to friends, family, or anyone looking for a place to stay in Austin.

This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Everything was wonderful, but what stood out was the friendliness of every single staff member I encountered. The valet, front desk, waitress, bar tender, pool staff, and even an employee in the elevator that I spoke with. All went above and beyond in some way. We also loved the pool - My kids got to swim which allowed me to watch the World Cup on the massive tv out there.

Superior Hotel! Would love to stay at this hotel again! This Hotel is the complete package! It has it all. Stay here for complete relaxation and recovery!

This hotel never fails to deliver. From location to amenities to customer service, this property far exceeded my expectations.

Excellent location in the Domain North with easy access to numerous restaurants, shops and bars on Rock Rose. I felt the room price was very appropriate and the quality was exceptional. Excellent service throughout our stay. Definitely going back.

Location is excellent, service was top notch and the pool was the perfect place to relax. The staff was welcoming. The rooms were plush, comfortable bed with robes and slippers.
