Cons:

Terrible rooms. Filthy floors are all sticky. Floor peeling up in bathroom and whole room smells of stale smoke and damp. Poorly fitted door to room so light and noise from corridor keeps you awake. No sleep due to people standing outside room talking and smoking until 4am. Awful area police flying past all night and sounded like cars racing.

Semmivel se voltunk elégedettek.

Cons:

Koszos és penészes volt minden. Nem volt tiszta az ágynemű. Ágyi poloskával volt tele az ágy. Amikor kértünk plusz takarítást kidobtak olyat is, amit nem kellett volna.

I had a very pleasant experience. The room was very nice and comfortable, and the receptionist was always attentive and helpful. Whenever I needed anything, he was there to assist me. He even kindly lent me his charger when I needed one, which I really appreciated.

I recently stayed at the Belvilla Ilford hill hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient, right by the station and local amenities, making it the perfect base for getting around.
What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the outstanding customer service. A huge shoutout to Ankit at the front desk! From the moment I checked in, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went completely out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It is rare to find staff members who are this attentive and genuinely helpful.
The room was clean, comfortable, and provided great value for money. Thanks to Ankit and the team for a wonderful stay—I will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area!
