Wouldn’t stay again which is a shame as receptionist was nice

It was basic - got what you paid for .. just wanted a bed for night

Room 4 has a large metal gate outside window and due to heat the window was open (up high so unable to close ) . Whenever anyone entered or exited the gate would bang and was disruptive all night - asked for a refund due to not sleeping and told no

Staff was professional

Cons:

This is a scam. The pictures are from when the place was brand new. It's an authentic scum now. Broken wood, shelfs broken, extremely noisy and hot.
Dirty and completely ruined.
Left at 2am as I couldn't sleep.

Central location close to train stations and shops, excellent check in process but cleanliness awful
Pros:

I loved the check in process, easy to follow and location was close to the train station which meant easy access to city centre, there were a lot of shops around so if you needed anything you would find it no problem.

Cons:

I have given a review in relation to the cleanliness of our room, at first glance reception seemed tidy and inviting, as you move through into the corridors you are met with dirty grey carpeting and run down banisters. The room at first glance was fine and was as expected for the price paid however, on closer inspection the bathroom was covered in mould, the room it self was dirty with piles of dust that can be seen beside the beds which was causing me to have a asthma attack each morning, there was even an item of clothing behind the single bed which was left by another guest which indicated these hadn’t been moved and cleaned for some time. The bath towels smelt like grease when used. I wasn’t expecting 5 star given the price, but the general cleanliness really brought our stay at this location down. The room was also stifling when entered due to the warm weather, the hotel had provided 2 fans to help with this situation but unfortunately they did precious little and just circulated the warm air, which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable. At the end of the day we didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel and for the price paid it was bearable but I cannot be happy with the general cleanliness.

La ubicación, cerca del centro de la ciudad y un gran parque cerca

Cons:

La limpieza, en los 3 días que hemos estado no han limpiado la habitación, ni siquiera han vaciado las papeleras, la bañera un peligro resbalaba mucho y tenia manchas de moho y roña. Las zonas comunes muy sucias, el pasamanos de la escalera no ha limpiado por lo menos desde antes del 2010.

Close to station-easy access-resturants and shopping all close by-clean and comfy and secure room-

Cons:

Only slight issue is if ordering an uber or taxi it is hard for them to stop on busy road directly outside the hotel.

Pros:

This was my second time stay in this hotel. Again i am glad to say that all the facilities were excellent specially the transports and restaurants which are very close to this hotel. Again i want to thanks to the receptionist Mr. Ankit who helped us and provide us a best facility. I highly recommended you guys to book this hotel if you want all good facilities with very low prices.
