The location was perfect
It’s was not clean. The room was smelling of smoke (cigarette) and the carpet was dirty. The toilet had hair from previous visitors. And it was full of dust.

The area is great the rooms extremely clean. The staff are very professional and polite. Easy check in as well. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Everything - I’ve checked into my room and I was extremely disappointed and upset by the condition it has left in, especially as I am staying here with my toddler.
The floors are incredibly dirty and clearly haven’t been hoovered properly in a long time. The bin in the room had not even been emptied before our arrival, and there is a strong damp smell coming from the bathroom. I also found a dirty cloth left inside the bathroom cupboard, which is completely unacceptable.
On top of the cleanliness issues, the room is unbearably hot during the current UK heatwave and there is no ventilation provided other than an open window. Unfortunately, leaving the window open means we can hear constant traffic noise from the main road, including sirens, car horns, and other disturbances, making it very difficult to rest or sleep. Closing the window is not an option because the room becomes suffocatingly hot.
There is also a huge fly trapped inside the main ceiling light which I have been unable to get rid of, and overall the room feels unhygienic and neglected.
This is not the standard of service or cleanliness I would expect from a 3-star hotel, and certainly not acceptable accommodation for a parent travelling with a toddler. At the very least, I expected the room to be properly cleaned and maintained before check-in.

I requested to cancel the booking after being informed that there was no parking available and not even a drop-off area permitted. This information should have been made much clearer before booking.
In my opinion, this place is only suitable for backpackers or travellers relying entirely on public transport. Very disappointing experience, especially with the refund handling.
Very disappointing experience. The hotel booking had to be cancelled due to NO available parking, which was a major inconvenience and not clearly communicated beforehand. No place to park and unload the luggage from the car. Despite the cancellation being directly related to this issue, the payment was not refunded.
Poor customer service and very frustrating handling of the situation. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting transparency and fair treatment. Calls are answered from different locations and they have no idea about the hotel structure.

Check in was available from 2 but we couldn’t check in till 3 and no staff around to ask for help. Stains on carpets and walls throughout hallways and in room itself including holes in walls. room had smell of smoke, no fan or ac in room in 30 degree weather right at top corner of building
