Cons:

Blinds in my room would not go down and when I went to the front desk to mention it nobody was there. When I called to mention it the phone kept disconnecting as soon as I asked to speak with someone. Myself and someone else also was staying for multiple nights but was only allowed 2 sets of towels for both days.

Nothing because I was stuck in a different state with no where to go because the system was down and no one could be check in ...It's was 9pm I was riding around wasting gas and time..

Wasn’t to my expectations

Staff was helpful

Cons:

Room wasn’t what I booked. The location was okay but it close to a train track to were we could hear it. There was a few dead bugs. No stopper for the tub. The room held moisture and had a wierd smell. The back door is always propped open. There was no ice machine. The elevator wasn’t working at a point in time.

The truth about the hotel and staff
Pros:

It was quiet at times

Cons:

The staff was completely disrespectful and rude and did not inform me of charges that we're still pending, then told the owner I did not want to pay. So they blocked me from renting due to their mistakes. The beds have bed bugs and fleas. In house keeping does not clean the room, they only clean what you can see.
