Pros:

The Manager

Cons:

Some of staff was very unprofessional, and rude my husband and I was accused by staff of smoking when the smoke detector went off and we was trying to explain to them that it was due to the bathroom door being opened while showering the steam was making the alarm go off they hung up in my face, I had to change rooms 3 times due to the first room not being ready and the other 2 not up to my standards due to the smell and cleanliness. We didn't have a luggage holder to place our belongings on we had to carry all our belongings up to the 3rd and second floor while waiting for our room. It was so much traffic hanging out in the front and back after hours smoking loud talking no security insight I didn't feel safe or comfortable. I traveled way from Houston on vacation to enjoy the crawfish festival. We will not be returning.

Room obviously hadn't been cleaned properly. There was half eaten dairy queen ice cream in freezer and I had to go buy an air freshener because smoke smell was terrible

Pros:

We liked everything. I really love how you must have a key card to get into the building. The staff was amazing and always friendly like they were never too busy to be just friendly. We definitely recommend staying here.

Very uncomfortable.
Pros:

We didn't have any towels there was no overnight receptionist to give us any. So my wife and my son and I ended up having to go to the store and buy towels. Otherwise we would have had to share that's atrocious as that may sound it's true. There was no ice machine in the entire facility. The beds are hard as rocks And there were no courts to carry our luggage upstairs I had to make three trips to my truck. Mind you the facility is riddled with white crackheads and meth addicts. We did not feel safe the entire time that we were there. I would never stay there or recommend any of my family to stay there ever in life. It was despicable to say the least.

Cons:

I didn't like anything about it, it was horrible and scary. The place seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

It was ok for the price.
Pros:

Staff was nice. Lobby area was clean.

Cons:

Burn marks on sinks and when getting ready to leave I found tobacco and trash under bed. The room smelled bad too upon entering. Went and got Lysol and disinfectant wipes.
