Descent hotel. Staff is very nice and polite. But I had 2 issues. 1) the towel had red marks on it. I gave it for wash but surprisingly the towel I received on the 3rd day of my stay again had reddish marks. 2) the drain in the shower was completely blocked the morning I was checking out. So frankly wasn’t too impressed with these issues.
I first visited this hotel in April to attend a meeting and was shocked to witness highly unprofessional behavior from a member of the Front Office (FO) team. During my visit, I observed an FO staff member using inappropriate and offensive language toward a colleague in a public area. It was surprising to see such conduct from an employee in a guest-facing role.
A few days ago, I visited the hotel again and unfortunately witnessed a very similar incident. This prompted me to write this review after learning that the individual involved is named Nurma and appears to hold a leadership position within the Front Office department.
I strongly believe that hotel management should review the conduct and leadership practices within the FO team. As a guest, I am uncomfortable staying in an establishment where apparent workplace intimidation or disrespectful treatment of staff occurs openly in front of customers. The Front Office team represents the face of the hotel and plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional first impression for guests.
What concerned me most was not only the use of inappropriate language toward a subordinate, but also the apparent lack of awareness regarding how unacceptable such behavior is in a public setting. Seeing a team leader openly berate staff members in front of guests reflects poorly on the hotel’s management standards and workplace culture.
If employees are treated this way in public areas, it naturally raises concerns about the environment behind closed doors. Professionalism, respect, and courtesy should be demonstrated at all levels of an organization, especially by those in leadership positions. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the matter appropriately.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer waren und sind in einem guten Zustand. Der Poolbereich war sehr angenehm und vor allem ruhig. Schön war auch, dass es einen Service am Poolbereich gab.
Das Frühstück war vielfältig und geschmacklich sehr gut. Ich hier war das Personal immer freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch die Bar war gut sortiert.
Das einzige kleine Manko war, dass der Toaster dem Toastbrot keine Farbe gab trotz Umstellung der Temperatur. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln
I had a truly wonderful stay at Swiss-Belhotel Pondok Indah. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. Everyone was attentive, professional, and always happy to help, which made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable.
What impressed me the most was seeing the director personally present and assisting guests together with the staff. It speaks volumes about the hotel’s commitment to hospitality and customer care. You can really feel the positive atmosphere and teamwork throughout the hotel.
Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special and memorable. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed with FDA team, there was no information about additional charges if check-out after 1 pm will be charged 50% of the room rate. And also the supervisor (female) and the FDA (male) in charge on Sunday, March 15th, gave a very emotional explanation and did not show good hospitality. I WANT TO PAY IF IT IS CLEAR, NOT THAT I CANNOT. I just need an explanation. But they cut me off as if everything is finished if I do not have to pay the late check-out fee. I just ask first about why there’s no telephone for reminders and information before guests are charged. And this happens while the hotel was also quiet, there were no back-to-back guests.
