Прекрасный отель в очень удобном месте
Pros:

Нам понравилось. Выбирали отель, ориентируясь на расположение, и не прогадали. Место и правда отличное. Буквально за пару минут можно дойти и до магазинов, и до метро, и до маршруток в Ереван. До центра и стеклянного моста тоже рукой подать - мы дошли пешком минут за 15. При этом сама улочка, на которой стоит отель, удалена от парковок и дорог, и она довольно тихая, там комфортно. Понравился номер: просторно, аккуратно, удобная кровать, все необходимое в наличие. Вид из окна отличный: на фото с церковью буквально видно то, что мы наблюдали из своего окна каждый день. Очень приятное впечатление оставил приветливый персонал, от всех сотрудников видели исключительно доброту и отзывчивость. Завтрак соответствует звездности отеля: выбор скромный, но все вкусное и свежее, наесться можно вполне. На завтрак, к слову, даже чачу подают (хотя мы не стали пробовать).

Cons:

Проживали в номере с кроватью размера «king-size» и балконом. Показалось, что такое название обманчиво все же. Когда бронировали, ориентировались на это название и предполагали, что в таком номере будет балкон, на который можно выйти и посидеть. В итоге оказалось, что балконом эту территорию можно назвать сугубо номинально: выйти-то, конечно, можно, но и не более (опять же смотрите фото). Еще немного разочаровал подход к уборке номеров. В номере видели много пыльных мест. Когда заселились, обнаружили выключенный холодильник, в морозилке которого лежало растаявшее мороженное, забытое кем-то из прошлых постояльцев. А в последний день мы обнаружили, что полотенца нам поменяли выборочно: что-то заменили, а что-то так и осталось мокрым. Удивило также, что в номере нет таблички "не беспокоить / пожалуйста, с делайте уборку", которую можно повесить на дверь. Вроде, мелочь совсем, но это настолько привычная и удобная штука, что ее отсутствие бросается в глаза. Не сказал бы, что это прямо большие недостатки все, отель все равно отличный. Но уж как есть.

Pros:

Завтрак стандартный, но достаточный. Персонал очень доброжелательный, внимательный, готовый всегда помочь.
В частности, по моей просьбе утром будили меня по телефону, а когда уезжала, помогли и проводили до метро.

Cons:

Вешалки в шкафу в номере расположены так высоко, что по-моему воспользоваться ими практически невозможно!

Необходимо поселить в номер того, кто проектировал ванную комнату без полок и вешалок (крючков).

Ottima posizione, colazione "georgiana"
Pros:

Il punto di forza di questo hotel è sicuramente la posizione, vicina alla fermate degli autobus, incluso quello diretto all'aeroporto, e ad una stazione della metropolitana, ma anche comoda per raggiungere a piedi alcuni punti della città, come il Bridge of Peace. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort, personale disponibile, prezzo giusto.

Cons:

La colazione è sicuramente adeguata per un ospite georgiano, ma ad un palato italiano risulta poco varia, essendo totalmente sbilanciata verso la parte salata. Per chi preferisce cominciare la giornata con il dolce ci sono pane, burro e marmellata/miele, yogurt in vasetto, latte e cereali, e poco altro.

Расположение,чистота , завтраки, новая сантехника, персонал особенно на ресепшене были молодые ребята Дмитрий , Деметре очень приветливые готовые помочь в любой ситуации. Девушка Нино каторая нас заселяла тоже подсказывала как дёшева с аэропорта доехать до отеля. Всё подскажут помогут классные ребята. А расположение самое удачное, просто респект❤️

Excellent stay, highly recommended!

Everything was great — the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the location of the hotel. The most important thing was the reception: a young man named Dimitri warmly welcomed us and also saw us off. His hospitality made our stay even more special.

La hubicacion era buena, muy cerca de los lugares turisticos.

Cons:

El personal no era amable, preguntamos por el pago para el desayuno y el chico en la recepción nos dijo que era un precio y pagamos por todos los dias y al siguiente dia, nos volvieron a cobrar y nos dijeron que lo que habiamos pagado era solo por un dia y nos dieron las sobras del dia anterio... estuvieron pintando afuera de la habitación y olía a pintura horrible, había una fuga de agua en el lavamanos y el último dia se descompuso la puerta de la entrada... por el precio que pagamos, podríamos haber conseguido algo mejor...
