Despite the renovation some areas look old, very loud people next to the building (on the street) late at night. Two cockroaches found in the room. Breakfast was abundant and varied but quality (specially of coffee and pastries) was low

Kahvaltıda yumurta hazırlayan görevlinin tavrı da hiç profesyonel değildi. Son derece suratsızdı ve yumurtayı istediğimizde tabağa adeta fırlatarak verdi.

Konaklamamız sırasında elektrikler kesildi ve yaklaşık 3 gün boyunca asansör çalışmadı. Valizlerimizi tüm katlar boyunca kendimiz taşımak zorunda kaldık. Ayrıca elektrik kesintisi nedeniyle bir sabah kahvaltıda kahve makinesi ve sıcak su da çalışmıyordu, bu yüzden sıcak içecek bile alamadık.

The hotel photos are really misleading. The hotel feels old. The room was fine, but the corridors look dated with peeling wallpaper and worn carpet. There’s AC in the rooms but not in the hallways, so you go from cool to over 30°C as you open your room door, really uncomfortable. The elevators are tiny, two people with luggage can hardly fit. There’s no private beach, just rocks right by the port and the water is pretty dirty. Nothing like the nice Ibiza beaches shown in the pictures.
The service was bad the whole stay. You have to go to reception every time you need pool towels, and there was hardly ever anyone around the pool to help. Sunbed mattresses? You had to chase the pool attendants, who were never there. No table service either. You had to get up and go to the bar yourself every single time.
On day 2 my room key stopped working. I had to go up and down from the 4th floor to reception twice, queuing with all the check-ins and check-outs. In the hottest hallway ever. They fixed it eventually, but only after the supervisor admitted they put the wrong expiry date. No apology.
On day 3 I left my t-shirt at the pool. Reception told me to ask the pool team, but nobody was around. They suggested I check the gardener’s house myself, where I saw loads of other lost stuff just lying there unsupervised. The next evening, after asking several people, they finally gave me my t-shirt back. They admitted they found it the day before but nobody knew anything about it. Total chaos.
On day 4 the whole hotel lost power for hours. Almost no lights, no AC, no Wi-Fi, couldn’t even get coffee at breakfast as the coffee machines were out of power too. The elevators stopped working too, so I had to drag all my luggage down from the 4th floor when checking out. Still no apology. No help offered, but they did manage to charge me €4 for a Coke Zero can from the minibar though during check out. Nobody asked if everything was ok or if we had any issues.

ça manque de quelques transats. Je ne conseille pas de se baigner devant l'hotel, car il y a les sorties d'égout et le port est juste à côté.
incroyable, mais piscine trop chaude (oui oui 😅)
Pas de snack ou autres choses à manger l'après-midi. Pas de parking, il faut se garer dans la rue ou il y a peu de places.

Muy tarde el check in

The room we received the first day had a smelly AC. They changed us the next day which was good.

Restaurant could be improved. Table cloths would be nice, meals could be better.

The cocktails at the pool bar could be better.

Si vous réserver évitez les chambres côté piscine qui sont plus bruyantes et d’où on entend les travaux du chantier naval.
