Nydelig beliggenhet. Stort fint rom med flott bad. Herlig frokost.

Beautiful location in the country side with a historical background. Facility had been proving travellers with accommodation since the mid-1600s!

Quiet and cosy place.
It was very quiet. The breakfast selection included some local meats. Also, we were put in an upstairs room with scary stairs. There was no one to help but they changed us to a first floor room at our request. Dinner was available but had to be booked ahead.
It is pretty remote and at the end of the season there is not much to do. We were visiting Kistefos. The dinner had to booked ahead but the menu was not available at the time of booking.

El Hotel está en un enclave excepcional. Es precioso y está decorado con mucho gusto. Bien mantenido. Muy Limpio. El personal es súper amable y se emplean a fondo para hacerte la estancia muy agradable. El Buffet del desayuno es Excepcional. En cantidad y calidad. Nos quedamos a cenar una noche en su Restaurant y la experiencia también resulto súper positiva. El mejor Hotel en el que nos hospedamos en Noruega, y eso que estuvimos en 7 diferentes! Está a 40 minutos en coche del Aeropuerto de Oslo, lo que lo convierte en una inmejorable opción para pasar la última noche antes de coger el vuelo de vuelta a casa.
La única pega, no hay ascensor y subir dos maletas pesadas fue costoso. El Baño de la Habitación, un poco justo. Pero nada que tenga demasiada importancia.
It is a comfortable place and cutely decorated, the bedding with hedgehogs were very cute. The Restaurant had a very knowledgeable and chatty waiter who gave us some nice insights to the place. The food was also nice.
It is a bit isolated from everything. And if you don’t like overlooking a graveyard make sure your room is not on that side of the hotel. But, we were on the graveyard side, and though apprehensive at first, the sun set view’s from the room were beautiful
Mooie locatie en de kamer was erg mooi ingericht. Het eten ‘s avonds was super goed. Ook het ontbijt buffet was erg uitgebreid en erg goed. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk.
De kamer en het bed waren echt te klein. In de kamer was geen ruimte om je kleding neer te leggen of om je spullen goed kwijt te kunnen. Het bed schat ik op 140cm.
Ik had de kleine kamer geboekt, maar verkeerd ingeschat dat deze zo klein zou zijn.
Ligger flott til nær historisk grunn.
