Zum OnlineCheckin muss man ein Bild seines Ausweises hochladen.

Nach dem Leak bei Booking.com und mehreren Spy-Versuchen nach der gleichen Buchung macht man sowas sehr ungern!!!

Sehr kundenorientierter und menschlicher Service, der sich bemüht, die Bedürfnisse der Gäste bestmöglich zu erfüllen. Aufgrund eines Streiks musste mein Flug umgebucht werden, weshalb ich früher im Hotel ankam. Das Hotel hat mir freundlicherweise einen vorzeitigen Check-in ermöglicht, sodass ich nicht auf der Straße warten musste.

Pros:

Der kurze Abstand zur Innenstadt.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit um die Unterkunft und teilweise auch im Zimmer, Spinnenweben in allen Ecken, verstopfter Abfluss im Waschbecken im Badezimmer, schmutziges Waschbecken in der Küchenzeile.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt zwar Verkehrsgünstig ABER die hinteren Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden, sehr starker Küchengeruch.
Die vorderen Fenster liegen genau an der Rheinstraße, sehr laut. Parken ist im gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus möglich aber nicht gerade günstig. Duschen in der Wanne ist zwar möglich aber der stark verschmutzte Duschvorhang war ein extremer Nachteil

Nach Renovierung komme ich wieder.
Pros:

Ausstattung war okay, Zugang auch unkompliziert

Cons:

die ganze Wohneinheit macht einen veralteten Einsruck. Im Badezimmer ist die Seifenschale abgerissen, der Rost auf dem Abfluss in der Dusche fehlt, sieht dadurch alles recht mitgenommen aus.

Angenehmer Stadtaufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal. Das Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten. Das Bad mit der ebenerdigen Dusche toll.
Trotz viel befahrener Straße bei geschlossenen Fenstern ruhig.

Cons:

Ein bequemer Sessel wäre nicht schlecht.
