Pros:

Die Lage mit der Sicht auf die Schneekoppe ist schon toll.
Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet.
Das Personaol ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Bad ist eng und in Teilen etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Leider waren in unserem Zimmer auf dem Fussboden einige Flecken (wahrscheinlich Hundekot) vorhanden.

Helaas was de douche in het bad. Vind ik als lang persoon echt niet fijn. Mijn hoofd is dan hoger dan de douche kop

Kamer met uitzicht op de bergen, lekkere bedden en de rust.

Cons:

De badkamer moet nodig gerenoveerd worden, is nu erg klein en onhandig, je kunt nergens je toilettas neerzetten. Deuren sluiten ook niet helemaal goed. Verder geen warm licht in de kamers. De koelkast maakt een vreselijk irritant geluid, deze hebben we daarom even uitgezet. De eetzaal is erg oudbollig, het ontbijt is prima, lekkere scrambled eieren maar de cappuccino was niet te drinken en ook niet warm. Ik had iets meer van dit hotel verwacht.
De medewerkers aan de balie sprak geen engels zodat de poolse klant voor mij veel meer aandacht en uitleg kreeg. Dat is jammer met een taalbarrière.
