Todo estuvo excelente

Cons:

Lo único malo, es que escogí transportarnos del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa y unos días antes del vuelo recién indicaron que no tenían dicho servicio. Además que demoran mucho en contestar inquietudes del huésped.

Estaban haciendo unos arreglos no sé si en el hotel o enseguida y desde las 6 am más o menos empezaron a trabajar con máquinas pesadas, por mi trabajo me acuesta tarde no pude descansar bien, pero bueno entiendo que esas cosas no son del hotel pero si me hubiera gustado una habitación donde ese ruido hubiera sido menor, no pude descansar bien

De kamer was schoon en heel erg ruim

Cons:

We zochten een hotel met zwembad maar dat viel vies tegen. De jacuzzi was out of order en ook het tweede zwembad. Het zwembad beneden was erg klein en niet aantrekkelijk om in te gaan zwemmen, of bootje baden.
De kamer had geen daglicht, het raam keek uit op een muur, heel teleurstellend.

El personal es muy amable, el hotel lindo y todas las instalaciones cómodas. Me encantó que era cerca de todo.

Cons:

La segunda noche hubo demasiado ruido, supongo que fue por el burguer Master pero si se filtraba bastante el ruido a la habitación, fue lo único pero sé que no es culpa de uds como hotel.

Un lugar muy agradable y acogedor
Pros:

la atención del personal partiendo desde la señora del aseo muy cordial y educados todos en general, mi pareja que es chileno quedo muy contento con el servicio, solo una acotación, si pudieran tener mas bolsitas de te en la habitación y en el lugar para desayunar. Gracias por la atención.
