Pros:

Excellent area. Walked out door to ground level patio which lead to beach. Would stay here again.

Cons:

Older facilty. Bed was uncomfortable. Had a spiral staircase between floors. Would not be suitable for older person or a small child.

Landmark feels like home, nothing fancy but great for a beautiful getaway to see paradise.
Pros:

We love Landmark resort. The property is older but it short walk to beach and that makes the trip so worth it.

Cons:

Elevator has been down for a long time. Pool wasn’t cleaned up after some maintenance.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

It was very nice, but the sound did not work on the TV in our bedroom which is no big deal. There was one macaroni and a napkin left on the balcony floor. The staff is very friendly wanted the elevators was out of order so sometimes took a long time, but again, not a big deal either. What’s your hurry? You’re on vacation.

Cons:

The hot tub did not work and the whole place could’ve been a little cleaner. For the price I paid was very nice.

I booked through booking on May5th and shortly after requested a refund from property no response so I called booking.com on May7th ,hotel staff agreed to a refund since I wasn't able to go due to weather. They agreed on May 7th to refund my money it's been well over a month and nothing! I've called multiple times, sent emails etc so has booking. property staff keep giving me the run around . I will edit this review once property does what they agreed to . HORRIBLE experience!

Gross and unreliable

The location is right on the beach

Cons:

We checked in on June 18th and found roaches in our room that night. The office was already closed so I went first thing in the morning and they moved us rooms and killed another roach within an hour of being in the new room. We immediately went to office and requested a refund. We booked through booking so I had to call them so they could contact the property. The property confirmed they would send a refund to booking before we left the property. They were very kind and understood my issues while we were there. But since leaving I’ve had to call booking three times and the property says they will send the funds to booking everytime but has yet to do so. I was waiting to get my refund before reviewing but it’s not appearing like they have any intentions of actually sending my money back. The floors were also gross and left all of our feet black on the bottom. Absolutely would not recommend this property to anyone!!
