近くにコンビニやレストランもあるのでロケーションも良く、ホテルの設備、スタッフの接客態度も良く、快適だった。
Pros:

大浴場の湯船が広かった。
朝食ビュッフェは、料理の種類が多かった。
カレーが美味かった。
エアコンの冷房の効きが良かった。

何かが少し足りなかった
Pros:

浴衣バスローブ、アメニティが自由に選択できた。大浴場もキレイだった。

Cons:

コンビニでスプーンをもらい忘れたので旦那がフロントに行って年配のスタッフにスプーンはありますかと言ったら使い捨て箸を勧められたようで。箸でプリンは食べづらかったので、使い捨てスプーンがあったら良かったかなと。それかレストランのスプーンを貸してもらえたら良かったかなと

風呂場の脱衣所が暑かったエアコンがほしい…エレベーターの中が汚なかった…も〜少し清潔にしてほしい!

また利用したい。禁煙部屋を必ず選択すること。
Pros:

喫煙可部屋に入室後でしたが、すぐに禁煙の部屋へ変更していただきました。おかげで快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

喫煙可部屋はタバコを吸わない者にとっては、匂いがきつすぎました。
