Pros:

ロビーがおしゃれで快適

Cons:

鍵が1つしかもらえないので、大浴場に行くとき不便
連泊なのに把握してもらえず、２回税金徴収されそうになるなど情報連携はもう一歩だが、スタッフの方は感じがよかった

Will stay again if come back to Furano.
Pros:

+ Old but nicely renovated property.
+ Spacious room.
+ Good parking space.
+ good public bath
+ Firm mattress
+ free bottle of wine in the room
+ nice open bar with some snacks, wine and coffee in the evening around fire place

Cons:

Location is suitable if you rent a car. We did so it was not really our concern.

もう一度泊まってみたいです。
Pros:

ロビーでのウエルカムドリンクと、そこにある暖炉。火の動きは心を休めます。しっかりと排気されていて空調が十分に効いているところがよかった。

Cons:

朝食に出てくる珈琲は、おそらく、ドリップ式ではなく、そのほかの方式ではないかと。例えば、液体カプセル式などではないでしょうか。折角ならばウエルカムドリンクで使用しているような、ドリップ式であってほしい。

Very comfortable stay with excellent restaurant.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Fresh and excellent fruit available for breakfast. Free wine with dinner. Also a free bottle of wine in the fridge in our room. Our room was large and comfortable with a table and 2 chairs. Good air conditioner. Free soft drinks and nibbles at the bar every night.

Cons:

There was an electric kettle in the room but no tea or coffee bags. Cannot see the reason for the electric jug.

レンタカーだったので、宿泊出来たけれど、レンタカーでないと行くのに面倒な場所だったのでホテルと駅の送迎バスがあると次回また行きたいと思う

Pleasant Stay Overall
Pros:

Staff are friendly and helpful.
Nice cosy main hall with a fireplace and sofa, sometimes have free welcome drink/coffee.
Car parking available and free, but it can be full if hotel is crowded.
Hot bath available and nice especially after a long day outside. Male hot bath has 2 pools, one is warm, one is hot.
WIFI is strong and stable.
Breakfast is OK, but everyday is the same menu.
Hotel hobby has a store selling souvenoirs and cup noodles if anyone needs it.
There is a Lawson store about 5 mins walk away, and a Japanese restaurant behind the hotel.

Cons:

No laundry machines.
Room TV cannot access to internet browser.
Only 1 lift for the whole hotel (not problem if hotel is not crowded.
Hotel checkout is 10.00am which is quite early.
Bed in room is low, can be difficult to get up for older people.
Bathroom entry/exit is on a raised platform, which is a worrying for some may trip over or fall off if not aware.

この施設とサービスならもう少し安くしてほしい
Pros:

4人まで同室にできること、テレビが立派、フロントの外国人受付の方は明るく受け応えがてきていた。清潔。

Cons:

いろいろある。3人で泊まったが、携帯電話を充電したくてもコンセントが少ないし、洗面所とトイレが狭い。周囲に外食店が少ないのに、夕食がコース料理の予約制で困った、朝食に目玉焼きもオムレツもないなど、ウェブとは異なり選択肢が少ないかと思う。風呂は一定の広さもあったので悪くはないが、狭くてもサウナがほしかった。玄関の荷物の出し入れが、スタッフのサポートがないだけではなく、入り口に車を付けられず、スロープが狭くて、大きな荷物があると、お客の負担が大きい。
