Excellent hotel, highly recommended!
Pros:

The hotel is excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very spacious, and everything was clean. The pool was also clean and spacious.

The breakfast was incredible, with a great variety and plenty of food to choose from.

I’m giving it a 9 only because the shower was extremely clogged, which caused the bathroom to flood. Apart from that, we absolutely loved everything. It would have been a 10!


The location is also great, you’re close to everything, including the Petronas Twin Towers, shopping malls, restaurants, and many other attractions.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del mercado nocturno. Habitación y baño muy amplios, cama cómoda y un gran desayuno buffet. La zona de la piscina perfecta para refrescarse después de un día visitando la ciudad. Buena calidad precio.

Pros:

The room feels a bit old and the TV doesn’t have Netflix or YouTube, but it’s still okay since the hotel provides quite a lot of channels. Cleanliness could be better, but overall still acceptable.

The location is the main plus point. Very near Bukit Bintang and walking distance to Pavilion and Damascus. Really convenient, especially if you plan to go around the area.

Cons:

Just a small note if you’re driving — traffic can get really bad on weekends especially during night time, so it might be better to just walk.

The parking spaces are also quite narrow, so it could be a bit of a headache if you’re driving a bigger car.

Overall, still a decent place to stay, especially because of the location.

Pros:

Netter Mitarbeiter, der die Sachen aufs zimmer bringt. Lage ok. Frühstück to go am Anreisetag.

Cons:

Sehr abgewohnt und nicht wirklich sauber. Mussten beim Einzug erst mal ein Laken tauschen lassen. Gelangweilte Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption.
Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, scheinbar in ganz KL so. Hellhörig durch Durchgangstüren. Alles erst auf Nachfrage. Hatte Baby Bett und Soja Milch schon vorab angefragt. Musste ich vor Ort nochmal machen.
