Pros:

Really great facilities and the staff was super nice.

Cons:

It’s location could be better, it’s a 30 mins walk away from almost anything, there are some restaurants and shops near though.

Super lokatie met fantastisch zwembad. Heerlijke bedden. Ruim ontbijt.

Kamer was erg klein en geen kastruimte. Badkamer echt te klein voor een 4 sterren hotel.

Hele ruime kamer op hele goede locatie. Veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Bedden lagen heerlijk en er is veel keuze bij het ontbijt. Zwembad is heerlijk om af te koelen.

Cons:

De kamer kan wel wat opgeknapt worden: gaten in de muur, veel verf af van de deuren, schimmel in de badkamer, vloerbedekking oud. Weinig ligbedjes bij het zwembad en na 15.00 uur is er geen zon meer.

Cons:

All the carpets in the hotel were shabby, and looked dirty, and the one in our room threadbare and falling apart.

Hotel céntrico!
Pros:

Buscamos este hotel por su ubicación, cerca de lugares de interes y del centro de la ciudad. La habitación era espaciosa y el desayuno variado. Solo nos quedamos una noche pero no tenemos queja alguna. Además el personal fue muy amable y nos prestó un adaptador sin coste extra.

Cons:

No estuvimos el suficiente tiempo como para observar nada negativo.

Good Location with a good pool and breakfast, but better customer service
Pros:

Breakfast and location of hotel was great. You have many options to choose from. I give props to the fact that you can also have a made to order egg station. which is a plus. The location is prime for people that like a bit of a night life. Plenty of bar and massage places around the area. The pool is actually not bad, not that I used it but it looked clean and had a great view of some of the skyline around the area. Overall good hotel.

Cons:

Coming from a customer service work job myself, the staff can have a bit of better training in being more approachable with customers. My family went to have dinner a few times by the pool and the young waiter working the restaurant was a bit either overwhelmed with only 2 tables or just not happy with being there. Reception staff was ok not the greatest they might need a course or 2 on customer service
