we celebrated our baby's first birthday in the village and staying here is our perfect choice

I like most is the view from our room, the view in the dining area, and most especially the dishwasher which is 2 minutes and its done.

Excellent location just next to main station. 8 mins walk to Cable car station to Mt Titlis. Room clean. Shower good. Especially common kitchen with assigned fridge and food storage

אין שירות נקיון אין ארוחת בוקר אין דלפק, הבטיחו לקבוצה שלנו 34 איש !! נקיון ביום השלישי ולא בוצע! ביום הרביעי נעלו את כל הקודים של החדרים בטעות ולא הצליחו להחזיר אז החדרים נשארו ללא נעילה כל הלילה.

Excellent Location, Great Staff, Awesome View
Pros:

The location of the hotel itself is awesome. Its right outside the train station and is walkable distance to all major areas and nature. The room was clean and well maintained, beds comfortable. The overall ambience was so good. I love the way the kitchens and common areas are maintained.
The view from the rooms was quite pretty and made the stay even more great.
The staff was quite so polite and accomodating. They were kind enough to help us organize our kids birthday cake cutting with us. Overall I enjoyed stating at Grand Hotel and would definitely recommend it.
