Important information:

Reservations of more than 9 rooms may be subject to different conditions and additional supplements.

The resort includes several hotels, and guests may be assigned a room in any of them. The assigned hotel will be confirmed upon check-in at Holiday World Resort.

The beach club located in front of the beach is free of charge for guests who have booked the all-inclusive plan. Guests who have booked other meal plans must pay an additional fee. The beach club is open from April to October.

Half board and full board plans do not include drinks.

The hotel has a new access system. Guests will receive a digital RFID wristband to ensure safety, comfort, and accessibility during their stay.

A deposit must be paid for the wristband. A deposit of 25 EUR is required per wristband, which will be refunded at check-out. For reservations of 2 adults and 2 children, the deposit is 100 EUR. In case of loss of the wristband, the deposit must be paid again. For a replacement wristband, the deposit will be 50 EUR per unit.

In accordance with Law 11/2021 of July 9 on measures for the prevention and fight against tax fraud, cash payments of €1,000 or more (or equivalent in foreign currency) will not be accepted. For individuals who can prove they do not have tax residency in Spain and are not acting as a business or professional, cash payments of €10,000 or more (or equivalent) are also not accepted.

What an amazing stay we had at Holiday World Polynesia. Everything was perfect! Looking forward to coming back.
Pros:

We liked everything. The ambiance, staff, cleanliness, food from the buffets, drinks, pools, and spa. Special mention to Sandra from Polynesia spa. Super friendly and welcoming.

Simpatia dos funcionários sobre tudo no spa do hotel , pessoal muito atencioso e simpático

As bebidas não são de qualidade mesmo a pagar pois não tinha o tudo incluído , bebidas prefeitas sem gosto nemhum era apenas água com algum sabor

No me ha gustado nada. Las instalaciones muy sucias y estropeadas, las maquinas de la bebidas, batidos, ócteles súper sucias.
La comida del bufet siempre la misma, media hora antes de que cerraran ya estaba casi todo recogido , no piensan en clientes españoles, que es lo que más había allí. Las actividades casi todas para ingleses , los monitores naranjas que eran lo de los españoles no se veían por allí.
El todo incluido era hasta las 0.00 de la noche y a las 23 ya estaba cerrado el chiringuito.
No vuelvo más.

Polecamy hotel Holiday World Village
Pros:

Zakwaterowanie w hotelu Village tam „trafiliśmy”(wg nas najlepsza opcja w Holiday World)który jest w sąsiedztwie parku wodnego, przy plaży- blisko do przystanku autobusowego, postoju taxi itp. Dwupokojowy apartament z widokiem na morze, basen, duży balkon, bardzo sympatyczna grupa animatorów (raczej pod kątem brytyjskich gości, których było najwięcej), polecam aferę „All”

Cons:

Szkoda, że oferta „all” nie obowiązuje w parku wodnym na przekąski w barze - ale przynajmniej można zamówić coś do picia. Nam to mocno nie przeszkadzało bo byliśmy zakwaterowani w sąsiedztwie- ale dla gości innych hoteli to byłoby utrudnienie.
