todo el hotel es antiguo. para q me dieran el mando del aire una odisea , para la conexión wifi fatal . antiguo la cafetería te cobra por un café 3 euros . viejo el baño y no hay gel de ducha unos minis jabones q para el precio q se paga no merece la pena

Pros:

Slightly dated, but charming hotel in central Tangiers. The garden with live music was an unexpected bonus. We had adjoining family rooms, which was also great.

Cons:

Slightly underwhelming breakfast with very long queues for the interesting stuff!

Pros:

Établissement bien situé, la chambre était très propre, et la literie très confortable
Le personnel est très serviable, souriant, et efficace
Une mention spéciale au jeune homme de la réception, vraiment très gentil

Cons:

Peut-être la vétusté de certains transats, qu'il faudrait vraiment remplacer, ils ont fait leur temps 😄
Peut-être faudrait-il penser à mettre des mini frigos dans les chambres, pour conserver les boissons au frais

Pros:

Posizione ottima a 15 Min a piedi dalla medina e dal mare.
Bella piscina e bar ristorante all'aperto, abbiamo mangiato molto bene.
Letti confortevoli, pulizia adeguata

Cons:

Dotazione camera insufficiente mancano appendini e soprattutto asciugacapelli (che abbiamo chiesto, ma non c'è n'erano più a disposizione).
A volte odore cattivo dagli scarichi del bagno e della piscina

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement et les chambres sont confortables. Dans l’ensemble, le séjour s’est bien déroulé.

En revanche, j’ai été très surpris d’apprendre, une fois sur place, que le burkini n’était pas autorisé à la piscine. Cette interdiction n’était aucunement mentionnée lors de la réservation ni dans les informations de l’établissement. C’est pourtant une information essentielle qui devrait être clairement indiquée afin que chacun puisse réserver en toute connaissance de cause.

Dans mon cas, j’avais réservé un tarif non remboursable. Si cette règle avait été précisée avant la réservation, je n’aurais tout simplement pas choisi cet établissement. Ce n’est pas tant l’existence de cette politique qui me dérange que le manque de transparence à son sujet.

Dans un pays comme le Maroc, où certaines femmes portent le burkini par choix ou par conviction, cette règle risque de décevoir et de dissuader une partie de la clientèle. C’est d’autant plus dommage que l’hôtel possède de réelles qualités. J’espère que la direction prendra en compte ce retour, soit en faisant évoluer cette politique, soit, au minimum, en informant clairement les futurs clients avant leur réservation.

De mensen waren wel vriendelijk

Cons:

Ik heb het hotel uitgekozen om het zwembad. Maar je mocht er niet in zwemmen met een burkini. Dat staat nergens vermeld. Heel slecht en onbegrijpelijk.
Het ontbijt was echt sober.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y se nota que en su día fue un hotel de referencia. Actualmente está un poco desfasado y necesitaría una renovación en algunas zonas, pero sigue ofreciendo todos los servicios y comodidades necesarios para disfrutar de una estancia agradable.

Lo mejor, sin duda, es la piscina, especialmente si viajas con niños. Es bastante amplia y el tobogán es un punto extra que los pequeños disfrutan muchísimo. La zona de piscina hace que el hotel sea especialmente recomendable para familias.

El desayuno es correcto, pero sin más, con variedad suficiente aunque sin destacar especialmente.

Cons:

En general, es un buen hotel por su ubicación y por las instalaciones que ofrece, especialmente la piscina. Con una actualización de las habitaciones y algunas zonas comunes podría recuperar gran parte del encanto que seguramente tuvo años atrás.
