Séjour trés agréable
Pros:

Cet hôtel a été choisi pour son emplacement et nous n'avons pas été déçus.
Le personnel de l'accueil était trés compétent et trés agréable.
Les chambres trés propres..

Pros:

The hotel location is good, close to the beach and within walking distance of a subway station. However, it takes an hour or more to travel to other parts of the city.

Cons:

The front desk staff don't speak English and don't make an effort to understand non-Korean speaking guests. The room is very small and cramped. The elevators are very busy, and sometimes you have to wait a long time just to go up or down. Breakfast ends at 9:30 AM, even though the dining room is full and it's not always possible to find a seat
