交通位置方便，接洽服務人員也都親切有禮
入住期間早餐都有小小變化，顧慮到一家老小的口味，很貼心

Cons:

電梯數量於早餐及退房時間明顯不足，無法有效疏散人潮，建議一定要提早出門
日系飯店體系，故衛浴也如同日本一樣偏小

Pros:

有客廳可以休息很不錯，兩個房間雖然沒有用門分開，但用客廳隔開也算是分了兩個房間，浴室雖然不大但很乾淨，一樓有飲水機很方便

Cons:

尖峰時段電梯不好等，浴室水龍頭使用方法要研究一下

Clean and Tidy Toyoko Hotel
Pros:

Pro ... Hotel with Laundry Washing Machine located near breakfast area... small bathroom but clean and functional, with heated Japanese Toilet and bidet, refrigerator, open wall hanging area. ACU works well. Breakfast is nice and varied enough for a 2 Star Hotel. Lobby has water dispenser and currency exchange ATM.

Cons- Location not in downtown, not much shopping areas near hotel. We got a room with 2 beds and we had difficulty situating our 2 luggages and one handcarry... its good our luggages are top open.

Our relatives got the ACCESSIBLE ROOM and it was a whole lot bigger and the toilet is separate from shower and also separate from bathtub ... its good for those with wheelchairs

Apart from the unfriendly staff. All else was good.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location is good too.

Cons:

The staff at the check-in counter was not helpful. Gave me an unfriendly face when asked for information about the train operating hours for a morning departure. Every question posted to him was replied with “I don’t know”

Nothing. loved everything. If i jave to nitpick, the bathrooms were small and could have been bigger.

Pros:

Hotel má skvěle zvládnutou logistiku. Mnoho lockerů, dostatečné množství praček a sušicek, systém výměny ručníků a úklidu je dobře zorganizovaný. Snídaně naprosto dostatečné, jen chybělo sladké pečivo. Hotel doporučuji.

Cons:

Vše bylo skvělé.
