Magnifique région et très beau jardin entretenu mais l’intérieur trop vieux pour le prix et petit dej pas du tout except

Cons:

Pas de climatisation en août !! Trop trop cher j’ai payé 2 nuits et 2 petits dej 860 chf !!! Énorme pour sdb sans douche très vieux !

Sehr hübsches, kleines Hotel und sicher eines der besseren Hotels in der Umgebung von Interlakeen.
Pros:

Gutes Bett, schönes Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Besonders gut war das Nachtessen. Kleines, aber schön gemachtes Spa. Ich habe mir eine Massage gegönt und das hat sehr gut getan.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war auf die Strasse und obwohl das Hotel ausserhalb von Interlaken liegt, war es doch sehr laut vom Verkehr.

Pros:

Verfügt über ein hervorragenden Wellnessbereich die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und der Blick vom Balkon auch gut allerdings gibt es eine recht viel befahrene Straße davor sowohl das Abendessen als auch das Frühstück sind außergewöhnlich gut die Fahrräder konnten sicher abgestellt werden und auch geladen rund um sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel

חד משמעית נחזור, שוב תודה רבה ל״רפאלה״ וכל הצוות על השירותיות
Pros:

צוות מקסים ושירותי, אוכל מעולה, בר ממש טוב עם מבחר, חניה נוחה, צוות הספא מקסים ושירותי ונעים מאוד, במיוחד ״רפאלה״ הייתה נעימה ודאגה לנו לאורך החופשה.

Pros:

Very cosy atmosphere with the necessary swiss vibe you are looking for. Spa area was very nice and had everything you needed to relax after a day in the mountains

Excellent, location, friendly staff, comfortable stay and spa
Pros:

The spa was the best part of the stay. Free Sauna. The property is beatiful, amongst the mountain, easy access from interlakken west station by bus which drops you 150 m away from the hotel..thats very doable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had limited options for vegeterian. Wish you could change breakfast menu everyday. 6 days same breakfast became too much ...on a lighter note 😄

I would recommend this hotel. Its easy to travel to all the scenic spots and hike, and lakes. Dont miss swimming in lake Thun which is walking distance from the hotel.
Grinderwald, lauterbrunnen, wengen, and murren were all easily doable from the hotel

Cons:

Please have more breakfast options. May be omlette on demand too..scrammbled egg became too boring for my 6 days of stay.
