Normally this hotel is the best around. But not this time little disappointed
Pros:

Location location. Love the casino and pool. The shuttle bus drivers are great

Cons:

I’ve stayed at this property many many times. But this year was disappointing No water in the room any more. Water pressure in the shower was poor and the bed was uncomfortable. I don’t understand why house keeping does what it does to the pillows. Please don’t do it again

Beautiful Saratoga Hotel
Pros:

Location to SPAC, free shuttle service to SPAC, very clean, beautiful hotel with excellent staff and easy, quick check-in and checkout.

Nice hotel in Saratoga.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. The casino offered live music and Morton’s Restaurant served good food and drink in the evening. The shuttle service to and from SPAC was much appreciated.

Cons:

The hotel room did not offer television options beyond basic cable; did not offer a makeup mirror, shower cap, or other toiletries beyond soap and shampoo.

Room was very comfortable. Staff quickly provided extra bed (roll away) that we needed.
Pros:

Convenient for SPAC events. Used the shuttle, it was so easy getting there and back.

Cons:

Limited eating options, especially for young person under 18. No room service.

Perfect getaway
Pros:

Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Check in was quick and easy, I added another night to the reservation during our stay. We had cocktails in the casino bar, dinner at Morton’s (which was fabulous!), sat outside on the porch in the morning and enjoyed the fire pit. Our room was quiet and had a great view of the horses working out in the morning. The only disappointment was the bed pillows, which neither of us found to be comfortable. Very refreshing getaway, convenient to downtown Saratoga. We would stay here again.

My husband and I had a great anniversary getaway! The entire staff of the Saratoga Casino Hotel, Morton’s the Steakhouse & the casino itself are so pleasant and accommodating to deal with!! 5 Stars all around!!

Pros:

Hotel/Casino is in a great location and nice and close to SPAC. Hotel shuttle was great and worked out perfect.

Cons:

Dirty stained pillow cases place on floor by the door to be changed. Came back to room after being cleaned and found dirty pillows on the bed. Went out and had housekeeping change them.
Sink was clogging.
